Mr. Thang is a founding and senior equity partner of Thang & Associates, having 37 years of professional legal and commercial experience. Educated in Germany and the United Kingdom, Mr.Thang brings a multinational perspective and understanding to the Firm's clients and transactions. Mr.Thang is extremely famous for his excellent work experience in investment structuring, project finance transactions (including infrastructure), real estate and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions. Mr.Thang speaks and reads Vietnamese, English and German fluently.

Ms. Hong has more than 21 years of experience providing legal advice, and is an equity partner in Thang & Associates. She specializes in matters of corporate and commercial compliance, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting/negotiation, investment, labor, and intellectual property. Ms.Hong's expertise spans a broad range of industry sectors, but with a particular emphasis on construction and real estate, including construction of satellite cities as well as large-scale commercial and residential housing development projects. Prior to joining Thang & Associates, Ms. Hong worked as in-house legal counsel at Prudential Vietnam, where she practiced insurance law and handled a variety of commercial issues, including compliance, management and and development of risk-management strategies.

Thanh is Thang & Associates equity partner and a Vietnamese qualified lawyer. She holds a Master of Laws degree in International Law and Business from Stetson University, College of Law, in Florida, USA. Thanh advises on a broad range of direct and indirect foreign investment in Vietnam and has considerable experience in investment structuring and re-structuring, as well as general corporate experience across most commercial sectors. Over her 24 years with the Firm, Thanh has worked closely with and built constructive relationships with various Vietnamese State authorities. She advises many investors (both Vietnamese and foreign) in direct investment and M&A transactions and operational issues in many fields, including retail, consumer goods, furniture, telecommunication, feed and livestock, brewery and beverages, hotel management and construction.
