Joanne D. Flanagan, Vice President is the General Counsel of RGAHC. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Ms. Flanagan was counsel at O'Sullivan Graev & Karabell and Fulbright & Jaworski in New York City where she represented both tax credit investors as well as institutional lenders in the affordable housing area as well as commercial lending. Ms. Flanagan also served as special counsel for homeless housing development for the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Kristin M. Miller, President of The Richman Group Development Corporation where she oversees the development activities of the company including site selection, construction and lease-up. Under Ms. Miller's leadership the company has developed 16,500 units of housing. She has the full breadth of experience in all segments of rental housing including market rate, mixed-used and mixed-income as well as affordable rental housing. During her 18 years at Richman, Ms. Miller has been actively involved in the management of the property management company. Ms. Miller has Masters of Regional Planning from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA from Pace University.
