Chris Bates - President

Job Titles:
  • PRESIDENT
Chris Joined his father in 2004, just after he opened Tiles Gone Wild. In January 2020 he took over the family business. With over 20 years experience as an installer, estimator, and salesman, he has first hand experience with carpet, wood, vinyl, tile, natural stone and glass. Chris is a certified Marmoleum Mechanic and is EPA lead paint certified. Chris has a passion for helping customers design beautiful, functional, and long lasting areas in their home. Chris loves traveling in his free time and knows that properly done, tile can last a lifetime.

Laurie Jarvis

Job Titles:
  • SHOWROOM MANAGER
Laurie joined the group in 2015. She has an Associates Degree in Business from Becker College, Phi Beta Kappa studying interior design. She was raised by a finish carpenter/ contractor, and has a vast knowledge of construction, restoration and historical homes. She worked in the retail furniture industry for 5 years, then moving on to retail flooring. She has been in the flooring retail industry for 33 years. She excels in color, pattern and assisting customers in finding just the right look for their project.

Leo Bass

Often the first face customers see when they enter our showroom, Leo is happy to bring his over 15 years of customer service experience to the Tiles Gone Wild team and is excited to continue to grow alongside them as he learns the tile industry.

Lesley Sierra Brookes

Job Titles:
  • SHOWROOM DESIGNER
Designer & Stylist, Lesley Sierra Brookes offers decades of experience to clients-guiding them through the process of selecting the perfect tiles to reflect their own personal taste & lifestyle. She sees tile as ART-not just beautiful and functional, but timeless! A graduate of Chamberlayne School of Design (Newbury Street, Boston) Lesley honed her skills teaming up with architects, builders & other trade professionals while working on historic renovations as well as new commercial & residential projects. Throughout history, tile has told the story of cultures from around the world. Lesley began her tile journey in 1988, as a 3rd generation (Italy) tile specialist and has happily, once again, returned to her ancestral roots-her passionate love of all things TILE.
