David J Waldron - CEO

David Waldron brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, including appointments with Coulter Corporation, Picker International, and GE. He has a wealth of experience from leadership roles in corporate finance with HSBC, LaSalle Bank, Continental Bank, and DVI Financial Services. He has also achieved multiple successful business turnarounds in the USA, Europe, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific. David earned a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Leicester in the UK. He is an Associate of the British Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds the Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance awarded by the Association of Certified Accountants in London. A graduate of the Insead Business School, Paris, France, he is Lean Six Sigma trained. David is a frequent conference presenter and has published numerous articles on topics related to technology, technology financing, and business reorganization and 'refreshment.' He has also developed and now facilitates the Executive Leadership and Mentoring program for the AHRA, which provides 'break-through' development for director-level AHRA members as they grow their business skills.

Mary Ann Waldron - President

Mary Ann Waldron's professional career has spanned the healthcare sector in vendor, payor, and provider roles in both the hospital and entrepreneurial diagnostic imaging market. As former EVP of NMR of America, she co-founded the national American Imaging Association and represented the industry at both Senate and House sub-Committee hearings on healthcare legislation. Other former positions include leadership roles in sales and marketing with GE and Picker/Philips - including directing the company's UK expansion into the oncology sector. Following years in healthcare, she expanded her reach to serve as a press liaison for international industrial companies' North American publications and communications, organizing their presence at trade shows and professional conferences. She serves as a local officer and Arizona state finance committee member for P.E.O., a philanthropic organization for the advancement of women through scholarships, loans, grants, and stewardship of Cottey College. Mary Ann earned her MBA from the University of Illinois. She is an invited member of RadSite's Accreditation Committee and has numerous publications and presentations to her credit including those for the AHRA and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
