At Tri Properties, Blair currently manages a portfolio mix located throughout the Triangle. Her wealth of experience with diverse portfolios and ownership types allows greater responsiveness and adaptability to ensure properties are best managed.

Carrie Karcher

Carrie is an accomplished property manager with over 30 years of professional experience. She is currently managing a portfolio over 500,000 square feet.

Carrie Miller - CMO

Celia McCauley

Daniel Herring - VP

Daniel's aptitude for well researched and data driven decisions quickly proved himself valuable to his clients and he has been a major key player in many recent large Triangle commercial real estate transactions. Daniel focuses primarily on sale and leasing industrial/flex/R&D facilities, office leasing, as well as land sales, but has experience with all property types. E. Stephen Stroud

Steve is one of the most highly regarded commercial real estate professionals in North Carolina. He began his real estate career in 1965 and founded Carolantic Realty in 1972 to assemble and develop major industrial and office tracts in Wake County. In 2020, Steve merged his then company NAI Carolantic Realty with Tri Properties. Steve is responsible for developing many most notable real estate projects in the region - from expansive office parks at Highwoods and around Rex Hospital to the Crossroads development in Cary and the original assemblage of property around RDU Airport. Stroud was also the driving force behind the development of PNC Arena, working with state and local leaders to attract the NHL's Carolina Hurricanes and provide a new home for the NC State basketball program. Since he merged his company with Tri Properties, Steve now focuses on what he loves best: envisioning future land developments.

Ed Brown

Gray Creech - SVP

Gray has 38 years of commercial real estate experience in the Triangle. During his time, he has negotiated over 1200 transactions, including leasing, acquisition, and disposition of every property type. Recently, Gray has completed 45 million in investment sales from 2019-2020. In 2020, despite COVID market challenges, Gray was able to secure a buyer for his client, a 39,000 square foot church in Garner. He enjoys using his experience and knowledge to help his clients meet their real estate goals.

Greg Sanchez - CEO

Greg is one of a few professionals accomplished in every commercial real estate industry discipline. He has been CEO of Tri Properties since 1994 and provides strategic vision and direction to the company. Greg has overseen and been instrumental in all areas of commercial real estate, especially in the RTP/I-40 submarket. He has developed over 5 million square feet of office, lab/R&D, industrial and retail space, including Imperial Center Business Park, which won "Top Development Project" in 1995, 2000, and 2007. Within Imperial Center, he is responsible for developing the award-winning 252,000 square foot IQVIA Tower, a beacon to the business park and a prominent landmark Class A Office property in the Triangle region and along I-40. Additionally, Greg is the visionary behind the REDY "Top Development Project" Town Hall Commons for 2003.

Greg Taylor

Greg oversees a team of eight property managers with three support staff managing over 8.9 million square feet across North Carolina. He also manages an amalgamation of flex, warehouse, and office properties in the I-40/RTP submarket. Hunt Wyche - SVP

Hunt Wyche joined our brokerage team with a previous proven track record of handling the leasing for a large warehouse/flex portfolio, investment sales and owner-occupant sales. With almost two decades of experience, his knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market and vast experience representing landlords and investors has helped him to understand both sides of the transaction. He has assisted hundreds of companies from small start-ups to Fortune 500s. This wealth of experience and understanding the intricacies of our market supply and demand, has also allowed him to branch into a consulting role for multiple developments in the region. He frequently represents large developments in Raleigh, the Research Triangle Park and surrounding areas - closing more than $100 million of transactions, exceeding one million square feet, in recent years.

John Hibbits - SVP

Matt Baker

Matt is an experienced construction manager who understands all aspects of the construction process. From start to finish, he has the expertise to complete high quality construction projects on time and on budget. Matt's diverse background - having served as a superintendent for a construction company and a preconstruction and project manager for a large, publicly-traded REIT with a portfolio of 5.5 million square feet - gives him an in-depth understanding of the challenges and needs facing Tri Properties clients. Matt oversees every phase of our construction projects - from pre-construction, negotiation and execution of subcontract agreements to scheduling and billing. He has successfully completed a wide range of office, lab and industrial projects for clients such as AICPA, IQVIA, PPD, Fidelity Investments, BB&T, FirstHealth, Duke Health, Emerge Ortho, and Northwood Investors.

Matt Glenn - VP

Before joining NAI Tri Properties, Matt served as the Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities for two Private Equity backed Urgent Cares. Michael Wallace - VP

Pam brings more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience in the Triangle, working with national companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle in tenant representation and Highwoods Properties overseeing leasing of a 6+ million square feet portfolio. Currently, Pam works with the office and lab asset leasing team, tenant rep team, as well as focusing on healthcare. Pam's philosophy is to be honest and open with all parties in order to provide a win-win solution for all. For over 12 years, Pam has specialized in healthcare services with several healthcare providers including UNC HealthCare with UNC/Rex/UNCPN's strategic real estate needs primarily in suburban locations throughout North Carolina. Randy Thorpe

Richard Hibbits - SVP

Beginning in 1971 working as a carpenter during the day and selling houses at night until he sold enough houses to stop working as a carpenter, Richard gained experience in every facet of real estate: residential sales and construction, raw land sales, commercial development, commercial leasing, income property sales, management, syndication, dealing with "odd" or "problem" properties. His specific accomplishments include the development of over 900,000 square feet of commercial buildings and development of the 350-acre Weatherstone Planned Urban Development in Cary, North Carolina. Before CoStar existed, Richard was a trailblazer in helping his clients make data-driven decisions. For 35 years he supervised data input and compiled statistics for his company's annual real estate conference regularly attracting over 1,500 attendees. He built a proprietary database tool used to track commercial real estate prospects, giving the company a huge strategic advantage. Today, he mentors brokers, helping them to see the big picture and reminding them who the customer is.

Rob Griffin

Sir Walter Raleigh

Sir Walter Raleigh was (and is) a really meaningful project to John. At first he thought it was silly for the city to try to preserve affordable housing in downtown Raleigh because efficiencies would dictate that more supply could be created in places with lower land values, but during the transaction he became really hopeful that when many wealthier people living around downtown could meet their less well-off neighbors it would broaden their perspective and make more people more generous to more causes that might alleviate and change poverty.

Tonya Mills

Tonya loves seeing projects come to life. She spent the first part of her career at Tri Properties in development, working with investors to acquire land and assemble a talented team of architects, engineers and builders to develop properties. Tonya now uses the relationships she developed - and the experience she gained - to help tenants find the ideal property and customize it for their needs. She works with our leasing and corporate services teams to analyze tenant space needs, coordinate site tours and navigate permitting issues. As a liaison with local and state government agencies, Tonya is responsible for compliance with rules and regulations, representing the owner and managing projects through all stages of the permitting and approval process.
