Dave has been with Tri-State since 2007, since he got into the asphalt business. Dave has more than 30 years experience in sales, working in aerospace, pneumatic/hydraulic, and automotive industries. Born and raised in north NJ, Dave's hobbies include building hotrods and motorcycles, and traveling to the Florida Keys.
Donna joined Tri-State in 2015, bringing more than 30 years of office administration experience with her. Donna handles administration, purchasing, sales quotes, and wears many other hats to keep our back office operations running smoothly. She is a NJ native, and enjoys spending her off time with family and friends.

John grew up in NJ and has been in the asphalt industry for 20 years, in both general management and sales roles. He joined Tri-State Asphalt following the acquisition of Dan Swayze in 2020. John attended Seton Hall University, and is a former small business owner. When not working, John enjoys spending time with his family, doing home improvement projects, golfing, and watching sports.

Matt started with Tri-State in 2018, and has 15 years experience in sales and business development. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Rowan University. Born and raised in NJ, Matt enjoys travel, sports, collecting Pokemon, and spending time with his family at Long Beach Island.
Pete joined Tri-State in 2021, and brings more than 30 years of general management and business development experience in industrial, commercial, and consumer services. Pete is a life-long NJ resident and a U.S. Air Force veteran. He has a B.S. in Business Management and has earned management certificates in Strategic Leadership, Innovation & Strategy, and Service Operations Strategy from Harvard University and University of Virginia Darden School of Business. For leisure, Pete enjoys golfing and spending time with his family at the NJ shore.
Rudy Camilo joined Tri-State in 2023, and brings Operations Management experience from the airline industry, Project Management from construction and City planning and redevelopment experience throughout New Jersey. Rudy has a B.S. in City Planning and Redevelopment, and a B.A. in Geography from Rowan University. When not working Rudy enjoys, traveling, biking, hiking, photography, and home improvement projects.
