Arnel is a dedicated, talented structural engineer with over 15 years of experience in civil/structural consulting services. He is committed to both his career and the profession, with a strong work ethic and a desire to excel. Arnel guides his team to provide efficient and prudent structural engineering to meet a wide variety of project goals from foundations to superstructures.
With over 27 Years' experience, Duncan's expertise includes municipal engineering with industrial, water and wastewater, water reuse and utility projects, as well as experience in the design of municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, booster stations, reservoir and pump stations. Duncan completes his work, early in the project, to support the natural flow of the project development.
With over 47 years' experience in the construction industry Gerry has earned a reputation of excellence in the engineering consulting field. He is a skilled project manager, electrical systems designer, and on-site inspector. Gerry is an electrical engineering knowledge expert who provides mentoring and guidance to all aspects of TWS and its projects.

Jason joined TWS early in 2015. He brings 10 years of comprehensive understanding of conventional mechanical system design as well as the application of: geothermal, solar thermal, solar photovoltaic, bio fuels, fuel cell, hydro, wind, energy storage and energy modeling/green building design. Jason leads the mechanical design of his projects to thoughtful, efficient and cost effective solutions that meet the project objectives.

Kris is an Electrical Engineer with more than 9 years of design and project management experience. Kris has a wide variety of design experience on industrial and oil & gas projects in areas including power distribution, instrumentation, automation and fire protection. Kris is also an accomplished project manager and leads multi-disciplinary projects for TWS's Industrial Group.
With over 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, Sung has been involved in many projects which include the design and review of mechanical HVAC, plumbing, piping and fire protection systems. He has designed schools, swimming pools, fire halls, healthcare, hospitality, high-rise condominiums, and commercial buildings, adhering to national and provincial codes and standards for these applications. Sung is a proven project leader who collaboratively achieves efficient and thoughtful solutions.
Terry established TWS Engineering in 1977. For over 40 years, TWS has developed and maintained a reputation for excellence in client services through the delivery of cost-effective, cutting edge, efficient engineering solutions. Terry is skilled at designing projects that are economical to operate, utilize the latest proven energy efficient systems and can be maintained easily.

Trevor is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with over 13 years of experience, possessing managerial and technical expertise. Trevor is Lighting Certified with the Illuminating Engineering Society, winning multiple Awards of Merit. Trevor has experience designing large power systems with multiple services, single and parallel generation for airports, indoor cultivation, and off grid tourism.
