Elaine Sobieray

Elaine joined Three Rivers Corporation in 2009 with 20 years of human resource experience. She directs and coordinates activities related to HR and labor relations functions which includes employment, compensation, benefits, organizational development, performance management, EEO, training, recruitment, and safety. Elaine holds an Associate Degree in General Business Management from Delta College and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Northwood University. Elaine has a Human Resources Generalist certification from the American Society of Employers and a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI. She also holds a SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification (SHRM-SCP).

Jamie Crockett

Jamie is responsible for providing leadership and managing customer relationships, safety, and all activities within the industrial market while executing the Three Rivers business plan. Jamie earned a Bachelor's Degree from Ferris State and MBA from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School of Management.

Jeff Fedak

Jeff joined Three Rivers Corporation in 1987, and is responsible for leading customer service, planning, operations, and employee development in the medical construction division.

Jon Lynch - President

As President of Three Rivers Corporation, Jon is responsible for establishing overall corporate objectives, ensuring profitable growth and fulfilling the company's commitment to its customers and the community. In addition, he is responsible for project development and company-wide communications. Jon holds a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from Michigan State and an MA in Public Administration.

Kristin Riddle

Kristin joined Three Rivers Corporation as an Architect in 2008 and has in excess of 20 years of experience in the architecture field. She oversees all design personnel and the design aesthetic for the buildings (interior and exterior). Kristin has a depth knowledge of construction procedures and a working experience with many levels of engineering coordination. She is a Registered Architect in the State of Michigan.

Mark Craig - CFO, EVP

Mark leads the finance team to maintain a consistent focus towards TRC's commitment for people and customer service. He handles the company balance sheet & financial policies and oversees all financial functions & administration financial systems. This includes accounting, information technology, and human resources. Mark joined TRC in 1994 as a member of the accounting department. Over the years he has risen up to manage the entire department as well as others. Mark graduated from Central Michigan University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.

Paul Crivac

Paul joined Three Rivers Corporation in 1984 as a pipefitter. In 1995, after a series of successful safety-related assignments, Paul was promoted to Safety Director and currently serves as a member of the Leadership Team. Paul is responsible for ensuring that safety is a top priority across all company operations and for developing and implementing safety policies and procedures that protect employees, contractors, and the public from safety hazards and risks. Paul oversees the development and implementation of safety training programs for employees and contractors. He also collaborates with project management staff to ensure safety requirements are properly incorporated into project plans and schedules. Paul's ultimate goal is to create a zero-injury working environment. He believes this is achievable through effective safety practices and appropriate knowledge, awareness, and preparedness throughout the organization.
