Belinda Fyffe is the Managing Director of Unlock Success, a business founded on the premise of mutual success and a member of the HR Coach Network.
Belinda is also an Associate of Leadership at Work. Working on the premise that all people can learn leadership and management skills; Leadership at Work is built on the vision of ‘Positively shaping organisations and peoples work lives'. As such it has a practical, hands-on approach to equip participants with tools to take back to the workplace and implement immediately. Positive change is positioning organisations for the challenges of the future.
​Cate Lancashire is a senior HR consultant with Unlock Success, a business founded on the premise of mutual success.
Cate has gained extensive experience from owning her own businesses, to working within both small to medium size businesses and is a highly accountable professional. Cate's experience has been within the agricultural, construction, retail, medical and mining industries. Working within these industries, Cate is very familiar with recruitment, staff training, all aspects of payroll requirements, safety and OHS legislation.
With an ability to quickly build a strong rapport with all stakeholders, Cate is able to provide strategic advice to operational managers, provide direction for administrative functions of organizations and assist with developing positive company culture.
