Ashley Hulse is a Property Manager with Triad Real Estate. Mrs. Hulse joined Triad in May 2007 and has built her career by serving in various positions that support management of commercial real estate. This includes overseeing the maintenance and occupancy of multi-tenant commercial properties, such as offices and industrial warehouses, as well as collecting rents, management of tenant build-outs and general day to day operations and accounting.

Gregory S. Nelson - Managing Director, Treasurer

Gregory S. Nelson is the Managing Director of Sentinel Capital, LLC and is responsible for Asset and Investment Management. Before the formation of Sentinel Capital, LLC, Mr. Nelson founded Triad Real Estate Consulting Group, LLC (Triad) in 1996. Triad was started in 1996 to limit personal liability; however, in the fall of 2004, he separated from Moody Rambin to expand his skills. Mr. Nelson has successfully worked through two judicial sales in 2010 with court-appointed receivers; completed more than $1.5 billion in acquisitions for wealthy investors and "opportunity funds", which included; assets acquired for yield, (i.e. apartments, office buildings, retail centers, loans, foreclosed assets), recapitalization of partnerships, assignment, assumptions and defeasance of existing loans. He created a national property database of REO listings being sold by Special Services and/or Brokers, has performed underwriting for large multi-property investment syndications under IRS Section 1031 investments known as Tenant In Common (TIC) for sponsors, oversaw initial investment analysis, present qualifying properties to client's investment committee's, negotiated purchase offers, purchase agreements, wrote financial section of offering memorandum, worked with security and exchange counsel, and presented offerings to Broker-Dealer networks. Mr. Nelson also has provided asset management services, leasing analysis, marketing programs, implemented legal actions, reducing property operating costs by more than 16% overall and property taxes an average of 23.47% and on one large asset by 57.59% alone. Before founding Triad, Greg Nelson was a Senior Vice President with Moody Rambin Interests, Inc. While at Moody Rambin, he co-managed the Investor Services Group and was responsible for institutional investors, which included State Farm Insurance, TIAA-CREF and Cigna, among others. And even before joining Moody Rambin, Mr. Nelson was a Vice President with Advantage Real Estate Services (ARES), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York (MONY). He was the initial member of a team that set up ARES, a property management company comprising 28 million square feet of commercial properties. Additionally, he served as the National Construction Manager with direct responsibility for over $100 million annually in capital projects throughout the United States. During his career, Mr. Nelson has worked with clients on understanding market conditions, asset valuation, and strategic asset planning. He has analyzed note purchases, structured loan models and joint venture agreements to best meet strategic asset plans and return expectations. Mr. Nelson has managed multiple projects simultaneously and frequently interfaces with outside consultants (attorneys, engineers, contractors, property management and financial institutions) in various stages of an asset's acquisition, disposition or strategic plan. Mr. Nelson earned his Bachelors of Business in Finance from the University of Houston in 1982. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas, and a past member of the National Multi-Family Housing Council (NMHC) International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a Trustee on the Fort Bend Economic Development Council, National Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors.

Jackson Piper

Jackson Piper is an Associate Director at Triad Real Estate and Sentinel Capital. Jackson is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and asset management of multifamily investments. Jackson has successfully been involved in $100MM of multifamily acquisitions and dispositions. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from The University of Houston and is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson. When Jackson isn't working, he enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Patrick Magliaro - VP

Patrick Magliaro is the Vice President of Triad Real Estate Consulting Group, LLC. Mr. Magliaro joined Triad Real Estate and Sentinel Capital in early 2013 and is responsible for Commercial Acquisitions and Commercial Development. Prior to officially joining in 2013, Mr. Magliaro interned for Triad throughout his collegiate career assisting as an analyst, where he underwrote Commercial properties for potential acquisition. His collegiate resume consists of two Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degrees from Sam Houston State University, in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. He has also received various honors for his participation in the formation and growth of Sam Houston's Entrepreneurship program. On a day to day basis Mr. Magliaro works hand in hand with all facets of real estate investment. From sourcing and acquiring properties, commercial ground up development, working on positioning equity and debt on investments, underwriting investment opportunities, to asset management on existing assets. During his career, Mr. Magliaro has contributed to over $250 million worth of commercial real estate investments, ranging from Multi-Family apartments to commercial land acquisition and ground-up development. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson, a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), a member of the Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors, and an affiliate of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
