Martin is a Senior Principal and founding partner of Uzun + Case. He has over 40 years of experience in structural design of steel, concrete and precast buildings, however his passion since starting his professional career has been focused on concrete post-tensioned structures.
Mary Kay has been part of the Uzun + Case team since 1999. She has over 35 years of experience in commercial building design. She has managed many large-scale, complex projects, including the Mississippi Aquarium, Georgia Aquarium Shark Exhibit and large casino complexes that include gaming, event space, and hotels. In addition to leading her engineering projects, Mary Kay serves as the firm's Chief Financial Officer, and manages the administrative staff.
Mary Kay ranks client service as the most important aspect for providing quality results for our clients. Her attention to detail and teamwork approach drive her results, both within the firm and outward with our clients.
Outside of work, Mary Kay enjoys her home, built in 1885, and the process of renovating and restoring it. She is very active in her church, and enjoys playing with her cat. And she is a new grandmother - what could be better.

Philip is a member of Georgia's chapter of ACI, AISC, and serves on the Board of Editors for Engineering Georgia Magazine.
Tom understands the importance of collaboration and communication during all phases of a project. He strives to integrate the architect's vision with the safety, economy and construction parameters of his projects. In addition to a strong technical base, he has a large amount of field experience, which gives him a unique understanding into the total project cycle and needs.
