Avital Carmon

Avital is an accredited executive coach and leadership development specialist with an extensive experience of working with senior leaders and teams across the globe. Her area of expertise is leadership development, with a particular focus on presence and impact, transition and change, and effective communication. Her work ranges from coaching individuals, intact teams, and groups, to facilitating workshops and off-sites. She also coaches at Executive MBA and corporate leadership development programs at INSEAD, Tsinghua University (Beijing), and the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL). Avital is deeply passionate about human development and about facilitating meaningful and sustainable learning and change. She creates powerful partnerships with clients, helping them reconnect with their passions and truly leverage their strengths, be more aware of their impact on others, view the world from an empowered stance, pursue ambitious goals, and take effective actions. Her clients appreciate her authenticity, candor, flexibility, and results oriented approach Prior to becoming a professional coach, Avital spent over 15 years working as a business development consultant, researcher in the area of consumer judgment and decision-making, and manager of large architectural projects. Before settling down in Singapore in 2004, she lived and worked in the US, France and Israel. This wealth of experience provides her with a rich understanding of people, cultures, and organizations. Avital earned an MBA and an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (EMCCC), both from INSEAD, and a degree in Architecture from the Technion. She holds professional coach certifications from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is certified to administer and interpret a diverse set of psychometric assessment tools, including: Leadership Circle Profile, Leadership Culture Survey, Hogan assessments suite, EQ-i 2.0, EQ-i 360, WorkPlace Big 5, CCL's 360 assessments suite, and Influence Style Indicator. Avital is a Past President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Singapore, and continues to be committed to contributing to the development of the coaching profession and community.

Nancy Hughes

Nancy Hughes is an executive coach with over 20 years of experience in leadership development, including executive coaching, group facilitation and creating executive education programs for CEO level executives. Nancy specializes in coaching to C-Suite and senior executive leaders within large multi-national organizations. She has coached a range of leaders, from CEOs, to senior vice presidents, directors and high potential managers. Nancy is especially skilled at working with executives to be more effective in their leadership capabilities, interpersonal relationships and effectiveness to create business results. Known for her open, honest, and flexible approach, she enjoys challenging her clients to maximize their growth and potential. Her approach incorporates raising self-awareness and the understanding of others while embracing the business challenges of her clients. When clients partner with Nancy they benefit from her significant international experience and cross-cultural awareness. Fluent in English and French, she has lived and worked in the United States, France, and Taiwan before settling in Singapore in 1998. Nancy has partnered with clients around the world including North America, India, Singapore, Britain, Australia, France, Hong Kong, and Germany. She has extensive experience working with clients in the high-tech, shipping, banking, pharmaceutical, financial and professional services, manufacturing, strategic consulting, hotel industries and many more. Nancy is a graduate of Corporate Coach U and Newfield Network, certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) where she holds the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC). Nancy is one of the founding members of the ICF Singapore Chapter and was on the executive committee for 10 years and was President of the Singapore Chapter of ICF from 2006-08. When working with clients, Nancy offers her clients the latest assessments, techniques, and strategies. She is certified to administer and interpret assessments including in-depth work with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), DISC, Firo-B, Benchmarks, Workplace Big 5, Hogan, Team Management Systems, Voices 360, Benchmarks 360-degree, and a host of other assessment instruments. She has extensive experience with 360 feedback, facilitation, coaching skills workshops, and is a published coaching author. Nancy also provides senior level coaching programs on an adjunct basis for Talking Talent, Korn-Ferry, TNM Coaching, Lane4 and The Visionary Network. Nancy earned her bachelor's degree in French and international economics from Swarthmore College, and her master's degree in European studies from the ‘Centre Europeen' in France. Nancy is married and has two children and lives as a permanent resident in Singapore.
