Andrew joined WSE in February of 2022. He brings international experience from New Zealand as well as award winning projects since starting his career in 2013. His experience ranges from design using a variety of engineering materials including steel, reinforced concrete, timber, and masonry to performing structural analysis and calculations for complex commercial structures.
Craig's experience includes the design, administration and inspection of structures for residential, commercial, education, retail and TI projects. A licensed Civil Engineer in Arizona, Idaho and California, he holds an NCEES record and is LEED Green Associate certified.
Dixie joined our team the summer of 2023, to expand her experience in an office setting while she pursues a business Degree from Oregon State University.
Forrest graduated with his Civil Engineering degree from Oregon State University in 2017. He is experienced with structural design and detailing of seismic retrofits and rehabilitations, as well as tenant improvements, residential construction, and telecommunication sites. He started at WSE in March 2022.
Gary has been CAD drafting since 2000 for Architectural and Structural Design firms. He joined WSE in 2014.

Heather Walker joined her husband, Jon in establishing Walker Structural Engineering, PC in 2004. She brings a variety of business experience, including Human Resources, Accounting and Business Management.
Jesse joined our team in January 2022. She has been a structural engineer for 4 years with a focus on education and hospital buildings. She studied civil engineering at Oregon State University and completed her Master's Degree at UCLA. Jesse is a licensed professional engineer in California.
Joe has been a practicing structural engineer since 1998 with experience in a broad range of project and material types including residential, commercial and municipal with designs using wood, steel, masonry and concrete. He is a licensed Engineer in Oregon and Idaho.
Since 1995 Jon has been consulting on various building types including civic, commercial, educational, housing, medical and mixed use facilities. He is a licensed Structural Engineer in Oregon and Hawaii, and a licensed Civil Engineer in Oregon and Washington.
Kaely joined WSE as a full time employee in 2020 after many summers as an intern. Kaely graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Mark joins our team with over 30 years of experience servicing as a Structural Design Lead, BIM Coordinator, and BIM Teacher including both 2D and 3D production. He has a strong commitment to delivering successful projects while leveraging the power of BIM and VDC Methodologies.
Mark has been working in the civil engineering field since 2007 and has spent his career focusing on the structural design of commercial and residential buildings. Mark joined WSE in 2014. He is a licensed Civil Engineer in the state of Oregon.
Matt graduated with his civil engineering degree from LeTourneau University in 2020, and went on to Oregon State for his master's in engineering education before joining Walker in March of 2022. He has residential construction experience.
