The Wallen Group is comprised of individuals experienced in the convergent fields of accounting, tax preparation, tax planning, general bookkeeping, business evaluation and incubation of start-up enterprises. The Wallen Group is a California general partnership founded in 1997. Previously located in Canoga Park, CA the group is now located in Valley Center, an area of North San Diego county... In addition to providing basic accounting support and tax preparation, the Wallen Group also provides business consulting services. For our clientele, we can assist with and draft comprehensive business plans, perform discounted cash flow analysis, create contracts and employment agreements, assist with fund raising, identify and contact strategic partners, and position private companies for going public transactions.
