WALLY'S WW ELECTRIC

Wally's WW Electric is a family run business that has been around for over 40 years... Wally Campbell Sr. became an electrician in the late 1940's after he was discharged from the army and he wired many an old farm house in central and southern Manitoba. This how he met his wife Joy. He came to Edmonton Alberta in the early 1950's and worked for Jack Bean Electric for over 25 Years... Wally Sr. needed to get his masters certificate in order to start his own company, so he had to go back to school. Wally had a grade 6 education and didn't even know all the math needed so his oldest son Jack, being in high school at the time, spent many nights helping his Dad do his home work teaching him how to learn and do formulas, Pythagorean theory, square roots and the rest of electrician math, also learning to use a calculator. (Remember calculators came out in the early 1970's and they were not allowed to use a calculator much yet. They used a slide rule or long hand.
