Brook Hall

Brook Hall, Property Manager/Realtor, is a licensed real estate broker and native of Wilmington. Brook graduated from NC State University in 2015. She supervises office operations and handles marketing, digital communications, collections, security deposit itemizations, lease preparations and lease renewals. Brook has a passion for real estate sales and has found her niche working with buyers and sellers on investment properties. She has a natural ability to put deals together and match her clients with properties that suit their needs. Prior to joining the team at Wilmington Realty full-time, she was a third-grade public school teacher in Raleigh, NC. She enjoys singing and playing guitar, yoga, and spending her free time on the water with family and friends.

Henrietta Godwin

Henrietta Godwin, Leasing Administrator, is a long-time resident of New Hanover County. She is warm, personable, and has an amazing way with people. Her duties include promoting rentals, scheduling showings, leasing and assisting prospective tenants. She also provides administrative support to our team and assists with maintenance, employment verifications, rental verifications and move-ins. In her spare time, she enjoys her family and spending time at the beach.

Mia Datena

Mia Datena, Leasing Agent, is a Saint Mary's College graduate from Notre Dame, Indiana. Mia brings her expertise in marketing, website design and sales to our team. She is a professional photographer and has owned her own photography company since 2003.

Rebecca A. Hall

Wilmington Realty is owned and operated by Rebecca Hall, Broker-in-Charge. She is a Realtor member of the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors, has served as past Treasurer and Director of the Multiple Listing Service and has chaired the Property Management Committee. Rebecca attended East Carolina University. She has over 30 years of experience in business, finance, and accounting. Stephanie Miller

Stephanie Miller, Property Operations Manager, is originally from Carolina Beach where she worked in property management with a rental company for several years, eventually becoming office manager. Prior to moving to Wilmington, she spent the last few years in Texas as a supervisor for GAT Airline Ground Support. Her past experience in accounting includes payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, handling sensitive financial data, inventory, credit card audits and financial reporting. Stephanie, commonly known in the office as "Superwoman", manages both accounting and maintenance. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and is an avid sports fan. Her favorite teams are UNC, the Atlanta Braves and the Washington Redskins. She loves learning about new cultures, and excels in the Spanish language. She has two children who are her pride and joy.

Tanya Sellers

Tanya's infectious smile reflects the satisfaction of those she serves. Since becoming a part of the Wilmington Realty team, her primary focus has centered on property inspections and marketing. With a robust background spanning 15 years as a real estate paralegal, department manager at a multi-state real estate foreclosure law firm, and a top-producing realtor, Tanya boasts extensive experience across various facets of real estate and business development. Her expertise encompasses real estate law, default services, business operations, project management, and customer service. Beyond her professional pursuits, Tanya finds delight in activities such as pilates, traveling, and shopping. On weekends, she channels her passion for real estate by dedicating her time to collaborating with buyers, sellers, and investors, indulging in what she loves most-real estate.
