Ms. Wilson also managed Bank of America's national Report to Communities program, served as initial project lead for the division's Balanced Scorecard performance measurement initiative, and was named to various cross-company senior management teams charged with managing merger-related community development integration projects. Prior to this role, Ms. Wilson was a Community Investment Coordinator in South Carolina. Her accomplishments in this capacity included securing capital and soft investments for affordable housing..
