Job Titles:
- Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Andy manages our Warehouse and Logistics Department ensuring all materials are ordered and picked ready for installation. He is also responsible for our fleet of vehicles.
Having taken up the reins as Managing Director in 2018, Barry oversees the direction and management of the company as well as generating sales leads, managing projects, overseeing quality and assisting onsite. He also regularly represents Dröm UK at key industry events.
Gilles is responsible for all strategic and commercial aspects of the KLAFS brand in the UK, including distribution, communication, pricing, feasibility studies and clients' satisfaction. Previous experience includes 23 years as a management consultant for blue chip companies and business development manager at Guncast Pools & Wellness.

Hazel provides comprehensive day to day administrative support to the MD and the Sales Department.
As Marketing Manager, Jamie's role involves boosting Dröm UK's online presence by overseeing the company's social media channels and community engagement, alongside curating compelling content for the Dröm UK blog and website.
Jimmy comes from a background in engineering and is our skilled CAD technician producing all our technical and construction drawings.
Lewis is responsible for sales, design and development of Dröm UK's residential wellness facilities.. He also handles any technical enquiries that come in to the office and is responsible for the company's IT infrastructure.
Michelle previously worked alongside the Guncast finance team led by Helen (based in Thame), but now works solely for Dröm UK as Assistant Finance Manager processing all company financial requirements. Prior to joining Guncast in 2010, she worked across varied industries including banking & finance, advertising, building & family estate.

Rebecca's background is predominantly in aviation and covers various roles in sales, marketing, customer service, training, HR and staff management. Due to the pandemic and starting a family, she decided to branch out into something new, in a sector she was more passionate about. This led her to Guncast in 2021, where she helped establish our northern office. More recently her role has changed with a stronger focus on sales and business development for Guncast, Drom UK and KLAFS here in the UK.
Sarah has been with Drom UK since 2009 and is Office and Service Manager as well as overseeing the HR and H&S responsibilities.
Simon is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of our projects on site and also heads up our Design team producing our technical and construction drawings.

Vlad is an accomplished specialist in thermal wellbeing rooms, bringing an extensive array of technical and product insights to Dröm UK. As a key asset to our sales and projects team, he enhances our expertise and offerings. His skills are particularly evident in the careful design and project management of heat experience rooms, alongside his astute selection of technologies for each project. Moreover, Vlad offers crucial onsite guidance and ensures the highest standards of quality assurance.
