Rey Ruiz is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of Advanced Biomedical Repair. Rey is a Veteran of the United States Military. After a career in law enforcement, Ruiz served in the United States Air Force where he received his training in the biomedical technology. Rey also received his degree in Biomedical Engineering. He is a trained Biomedical Technician certified with years of experience in the field of Biomedical Engineering Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Ruiz has multiple credentials and is factory trained on Life Safety and Critical Care Instrumentation. Rey Ruiz (CEO and President of Advanced Biomedical Repair) served his country in the United States Air Force (USAF) as a Biomedical Engineer. After leaving the Air Force, Rey decided to start Advanced Biomedical Repair. Over the years, Rey has put in long hours and hard work to gain knowledge and experience in this growing piece of the medical industry. Rey has made Advanced Biomedical's mission to help the local neighborhoods of San Luis Obispo and Atascadero thrive and grow in the medical and ancillary industries.

Victor Duran was born in Ojai, California and Served our country as a flight medic in the United States Air Force (USAF). Victor attended the School of Aerospace Medicine for Flight Medicine and has over 20 Years of Critical Care experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. He has lived in Ventura County his whole life and is actively involved throughout the community. Victor is also involved with Youth Coaching and Public Service through YAC Outreach Program.
