SUNSHINE COAST

Founded in 2008, the Alliance Française de la Sunshine Coast (AFSC) is a registered not-for-profit association dedicated to the promotion of the French language and culture. The AFSC encourages and promotes active, open connections between people on the Sunshine Coast and French language and culture. It provides the means by which people can learn the French language and become engaged in the many different aspects of French culture including art, books, poetry, film, history, gastronomy, contemporary affairs, thoughts and ideas... We bring you the French Film Festival each year (April- June) and we celebrate La Galette des Rois, Bastille Day and le Beaujolais Nouveau throughout the year.
