Cynthia Morrissey is a well-respected lawyer, known particularly for her work in complicated family law matters, including Binding Financial Agreements. She is one of two senior solicitors at Robb & Associates. Cynthia's exposure to the family law system extends to work in Canberra, the Gold Coast and Sydney. Cynthia moved to Albury in 2003 and joined Robb & Associates in 2004. Cynthia says it was a privilege to be mentored by the firm's Melanie Robb over a number of years. Cynthia is notable amongst her colleagues for her sharp wit and her fine eye for detail.
Erica Coulston was born and raised in this area and is now the principal lawyer of Robb & Associates. Erica spent the majority of her career in Melbourne and Sydney. Originally starting in tax law, Erica progressed to complex family law issues which enables her to operate a multi-faceted practice. Erica is specifically adept with the intricate nature of child support and surrogacy issues. Erica also has an accomplished knowledge of family law parenting or property disputes. Erica's expertise is highlighted in several family law chapters and booklets she was invited to co-author. Having since returned to her home community, Erica finds that the lifestyle in the Albury/Wodonga region is unparalleled.
Sunita Rama is the most recent senior solicitor to join our firm. Sunita's background as a Judge's Associate with the Family Court, experience in metropolitan practice and obtaining of a Master's Degree underpins her expertise in all aspects of family law matters. Sunita has built an excellent reputation through her diligence as an Independent Children's Lawyer (ICL). Sunita's focus is on pragmatic outcomes ahead of expensive legal wrangles. Sunita is known for her ability to resolve complex scenarios of all kinds. Sunita enjoys creating a pathway for couples to become parents within the framework of surrogacy law. Robb & Associates welcomed Sunita to their firm knowing the high regard in which she was held by the local community as a result of her work in this area over the past 20 years.
