Alderfer Glass Company is the Delaware Valley leader in auto glass. ALDERFER GLASS CO was founded in 1961 by brothers Stan and Robert Alderfer. Originally located on Penn Avenue in Telford, PA, the business started as a family-owned flat glass shop serving the needs of the local community. With Stan working long hours at the shop and Bob retaining his job as a local milkman, Alderfer Glass became a recognized name in the community. As business grew, Bob worked full-time with Stan, a shop was built on the current site at 144 Telford Pike, and employees were added. This "home" shop was expanded many times thereafter to serve the growing needs of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
