AMMSteel, LLC was founded in 2004. From our Birmingham headquarters, we process our steel in numerous locations, primarily in the southeast. We provide high quality Hot Roll, Hot Roll Pickled & Oiled as well as Floor Plate... AMMSteel started in February of 2004 in Birmingham, AL when Al Maiola decided to use his steel service center background and start his own steel distribution business. Since then, we have grown by 10 fold into a reputable bulk distributor of cut to length steel sheet, plate & tread plate (floor plate). We also stock Pickled and Oiled material and high strength steel sheet & plate. We ship out of 6 processing locations across the southeast giving us delivery capabilities from the Carolina's to Texas... You, the customer, are our most important asset.
