Andrew Pike - Managing Director

Andrew is a corporate finance advisor and valuation research expert with more than 25 years of investment industry experience and more than 20 years of corporate finance and valuation research experience. His primary areas of focus include purchase price allocations (PPA), impairment testing, shareholder disputes, tax and transaction-related valuations, fair value, portfolio risk measurement services and M&A advisory. He is a CFA charterholder, NIRV Register Valuator and ASA accredited senior appraiser in business valuation. Andrew is the immediate past chair of the Business Valuation Resource Panel (BVRP) at the Appraisal Foundation in Washington DC. He lectures on valuation topics at several Dutch universities and is author of USA Equity Risk Premium, June 2021. In his free time, Andrew enjoys his family, skiing and fitness.

Herma Pauptit

Job Titles:
  • Administrative Assistant
Herma is responsible for the back office of AN Valuations and assists on corporate finance and valuation research engagements. She was previously a school teacher for more than 20 years, and prior to that a bookkeeper. Herma has academic degrees in teaching and office management. In her free time, she enjoys her family, cooking, and various volunteer activities through her religious organizations.

Ivan Dimitrov

Ivan assists with the development and automation of valuation tools. He is currently a computer science student at TU Delft. In his free time, Ivan enjoys cooking, skiing, and basketball. During summer holidays, he helps manage his family's restaurant on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria.

Ray Moran - Managing Director

Ray (New York) serves as Managing Director in the FON Valuation Services group. He lived and worked in China, was CEO of a valuation business in Japan, and helped start an operation in Singapore. Ray is an ASA and MRICS designated valuer. He has an academic degree in Valuation Sciences from Hofstra University, and is a frequent speaker and author on valuation topics worldwide. Ray serves on the Board of the International Institute of Business Valuers (IIBV) and Chairs the IIBV Marketing Committee, is past editor of the ASA Machinery & Technical Specialties Journal, and past member of RICS Americas Plant Machinery Committee. He regularly competes in triathlons and marathons, having completed his first Ironman distance triathlon at Ironman Maryland.
