Located in the Seattle, Washington area, BioPharma Consulting Services LLC (BPCS) was founded in 2002 by Dr. Richard Stead in order to meet the growing needs of emerging and established companies developing biotechnology or pharmaceutical products. BPCS has the flexibility and responsiveness to meet specific requirements of small biotech companies. BPCS provides a range of services from shorter term, focused evaluation of clinical/regulatory strategy or in-licensing opportunities to longer term strategic and/or operational relationships.
