Alyssa Gosnell

Alyssa joined the York team in November 2019 as a Recruiting Coordinator. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with a Bachelors in Applied Health Studies, an Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy and a minor in Psychology. She has five years of customer service experience and previously worked as a manager in retail. She enjoys spending free time with family and traveling. Alyssa is excited to bring her positive attitude and people skills to the York Team.

Alyssa King

Alyssa comes to us with multiple years of experience in administrative roles, with her most recent being in marketing and recruiting. She is highly skilled in customer service and working in fast paced, dynamic environments so I have no doubt she will catch on quickly. Her strong leadership qualities have helped propel her forward in her career and she is very excited for the challenge of recruiting. In her free time she enjoys catching up on her favorite shows such as, Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and SuperStore.

Andre Hemmings

Andre joined PeopleShare in February 2019 as a temporary Sourcer for one of our largest clients. He quickly progressed into a Recruiter role and became a full time employee at our Lancaster branch in September 2019. Prior to PeopleShare, he worked with a large insurance company in their claims department for three years, assisting file handlers with auto and general liability claims processes. He also assisted attorneys in this role. In this role he works as an on-site recruiter for one of our largest Lancaster clients and is very excited to be a part of the Lancaster team!

April Rutherford

April joins the PeopleShare team as a Recruitment Coordinator. Prior to starting with PeopleShare, April was a Call Center Representative at Tri County Area Federal Credit Union. Ashley Leonardo

Ashley came to Best Practices in 2019 with eleven years of staffing industry experience. She has worked her way up from a Recruiter Assistant to Staffing Supervisor, being promoted from Recruiter in May 2019. She found success building great relationships with clients and associates, and enjoys that part of the job. She considers herself an expert multitasker, very motivated and enjoys a great challenge. Others describe her as outgoing, kind-hearted, and always positive.

Ashley Martin

Ashley began her PeopleShare career in October of 2017 as a Junior Recruiter. She brings with her over ten years of customer service experience, mainly across the food and beverage industry, including Corporate Management, Team Training and Guest Relations. Her time spent there gave Ashley the opportunity to appreciate and perfect the skills of proper recruitment and staffing, multi-tasking, training, coaching and counseling and time management. Prior to Paychex, Butch spent several years at Pitney Bowes and concluded as Director of Sales.
