Adriana joins the PeopleShare team as a recruiter with the Crest Hill branch. She is a graduate of Joliet Central Township, where she volunteered at the Symphony of Joliet. She has years of customer service experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adriana is highly organized and ensures every task she receives is completed in a timely manner and she thrives when given a goal.

Alyssa joined the York team in November 2019 as a Recruiting Coordinator. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with a Bachelors in Applied Health Studies, an Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy and a minor in Psychology. She has five years of customer service experience and previously worked as a manager in retail. She enjoys spending free time with family and traveling. Alyssa is excited to bring her positive attitude and people skills to the York Team.
Alyssa comes to us with multiple years of experience in administrative roles, with her most recent being in marketing and recruiting. She is highly skilled in customer service and working in fast paced, dynamic environments so I have no doubt she will catch on quickly. Her strong leadership qualities have helped propel her forward in her career and she is very excited for the challenge of recruiting. In her free time she enjoys catching up on her favorite shows such as, Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and SuperStore.
Alyssa joined the King of Prussia PeopleShare team in 2020 as a Recruiter and has since been promoted to Senior Recruiter.
Alyssa graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor's in Strategic Communications. She also has several years of management and customer service experience.
She is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and loves to check out new restaurants and events with her family on the weekends.

Amanda joined our Chesapeake team in 2019 as a Recruiting Coordinator and then in 2020 was promoted to a Recruiter.
Andre joined PeopleShare in February 2019 as a temporary Sourcer for one of our largest clients. He quickly progressed into a Recruiter role and became a full time employee at our Lancaster branch in September 2019. Prior to PeopleShare, he worked with a large insurance company in their claims department for three years, assisting file handlers with auto and general liability claims processes. He also assisted attorneys in this role. In this role he works as an on-site recruiter for one of our largest Lancaster clients and is very excited to be a part of the Lancaster team!

Andrew joined PeopleShare as Branch Manager of our Elmhurst, IL location. He graduated from NIU with a Bachelor's degree in Science and Education.

April joins the PeopleShare team as a Recruitment Coordinator. Prior to starting with PeopleShare, April was a Call Center Representative at Tri County Area Federal Credit Union. During the 11 years she was there she provided top notch customer care including assisting members with account data in person and through web chat, issue resolution and helping other team members as they grew within the company. April is excited to be a "director of First Impressions" with our Pottstown branch and she is ready to help you today.

Ashley is a Senior Recruiter at the West Chester location. She joined the team as a Recruiting Coordinator, and she has been promoted twice during her tenure. She is a Ursinus College graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
During her time at PeopleShare, Ashley has provided her clients and candidates with a high standard of customer care, valuable recruiting insight, and she knows what it takes to find a perfect match for all parties involved.
Prior to PeopleShare, she had over 5 years of customer service experience in the retail and medical equipment industries. Ashley is self-driven, has a positive attitude, and is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals.
Ashley came to Best Practices in 2019 with eleven years of staffing industry experience. She has worked her way up from a Recruiter Assistant to Staffing Supervisor, being promoted from Recruiter in May 2019. She found success building great relationships with clients and associates, and enjoys that part of the job. She considers herself an expert multitasker, very motivated and enjoys a great challenge. Others describe her as outgoing, kind-hearted, and always positive.
Ashley began her PeopleShare career in October of 2017 as a Junior Recruiter. She brings with her over ten years of customer service experience, mainly across the food and beverage industry, including Corporate Management, Team Training and Guest Relations. Her time spent there gave Ashley the opportunity to appreciate and perfect the skills of proper recruitment and staffing, multi-tasking, training, coaching and counseling and time management. Ashley offers a unique positivity and goal-oriented attitude that drives results. With a focus on guest first mentality, she is sure to accompany her team onto great things.
Ashley joined Best Practices in 2018 and previously worked in customer service management and an administrative payroll coordinator. She works well under pressure, is motivated and results-driven, and is an out-of-the-box thinker. She describes herself as passionate, creative and organized, and that she brings a little "spunk" to her office!
Ben has over five years of staffing experience and is a graduate of West Chester University. He is responsible for overseeing the full cycle recruitment process within the branch. Ben is customer service focused and enjoys the challenge of matching the right candidate to the right position. He is actively involved in CCHRA and thrives in the human resources field. Prior to working with PeopleShare, Ben spent two years working in the recruitment field with CLP in Blue Bell Pennsylvania. While at CLP he exceeded expectations with filling positions and developing long term client relationships.
Beth joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter. She attended Cedar Crest College. Prior to PeopleShare, Beth worked many years in HR. She has experience in recruitment, managing a training team, tracking and training new hires, conducting orientations, developing training modules and performing performance reviews.
Beth also has a background in retail management. Beth's experience in recruiting, paired with her HR and process implementation skills, make her a valuable part of the team.

Beverley joined PeopleShare as a Risk and Loss Prevention Manager in 2010. She has more than 15 years of HR experience, including staffing, training and development, employment compensation, workers compensation, and administering health insurance benefits.
Beverley holds a Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) and is a Society of Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Beverley is a fantastic resource for all PeopleShare clients, assisting with compliance, safety, and cost savings. She has been noted for her understanding of employment issues, her patience for legal processes, and being very easy to work with.
Brent joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter in our Newport News office. He is a graduate of Clemson University and was a part of the NCAA All-American Track and Field team.
With over 14 years of recruiting experience, Brent understands that individual success is often a result of surrounding yourself with passionate people. He provides best-in-class services and high-quality customer service to his clients. He is experienced in full-service recruiting, from sourcing to day one orientation.
Brianna has been with Best Practices since 2013. Before coming to Best Practices, she ran her own fashion design and alterations company, building her sales and business development skills. She uses creativity and positive reinforcement as a manager and describes herself as creative, positive, and driven.
Brice joined PeopleShare as a Branch Manager in Suffolk, Virginia. Brice attended both Menchville High School and New River Community College.
Before his passion in Staffing, he worked with Comcast Business as an Enterprise Account Executive partnering with businesses to help future proof their networks. Brice spent several years at Paychex providing local businesses with Human Capital Management services as both the Sales Manager and Major Market consultant. While there he won several Conference Achievement Awards for performance.
Brice brings to PeopleShare a unique portfolio of skills, tremendous work ethic, strong leadership ability and a desire to help businesses thrive.
Brittany joins the Chambersburg team as an On-site Recruiter with one of our largest clients. Prior to PeopleShare she worked in a call center for more than two years, handling inbound and outbound calls. She brings with her a wealth of customer service, troubleshooting and organizational skills to the team.
Butch joined PeopleShare as a Branch Manager in Glen Allen, Virginia. Butch attended James Madison University and was a former State Trooper.
A transition to PeopleShare felt a natural fit to Butch, coming to us from Paychex, where he provided Human Capital Management services in capacities as both Sales Manager and Enterprise Sales Consultant. Prior to Paychex, Butch spent several years at Pitney Bowes and concluded as Director of Sales.
Butch brings a wealth of knowledge to the Central Virginia area, through business relationship, access to previous clients and general marketplace knowledge, making him a solid fit for the Glen Allen leadership role.

Carmen joined PeopleShare as Branch Manager of King of Prussia. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Carmen spent 17 years in the Business Products Industry focusing on the South Jersey and Philadelphia markets.
Carmen has been in leadership roles for 15 years focusing on business-to-business sales as well as customer service and operations. Carmen takes great pride in developing relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
Carrie joined the PeopleShare team as a Recruiter at the Newark location. She graduated from Susquehanna University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications.
With an extensive background in customer service and sales, Carrie knows what it takes to connect top local companies with local talent. Her strengths are building and maintaining relationships, promoting company culture, and supporting the needs of her candidates and clients every day.
Cathy joined PeopleShare in 2015 with previous fifteen years of experience in the mortgage industry. She found her true calling in staffing as she loves all that she has learned and the relationships she has built with both employees and clients throughout the years.

Chelsea joined the PeopleShare Chambersburg team in 2018. She has been promoted three times during her tenure and is currently the Staffing Manager. She is a graduate of Shippensburg University.

Don joined PeopleShare as a Branch Manager in Allentown, PA. He has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing. Don earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
Prior to joining PeopleShare, Don spent the last 7 years with a large MRO distributor where he was a Commercial Account Manager. He had the opportunity to mentor 5 new account managers and help build the number one team in the Northeast Region two years running. Don spent 15 years in the telecommunications industry as an Account Executive, National Account Manager, and District Sales Manager. He has a strong and successful track record in building long-term client relationships, as well as forging a strong internal network of resources and people. He is very passionate about serving his clients.

Demi has several years of marketing, sales, and customer success experience. In her previous role, Demi helped implement strategic plans that lead to higher efficiencies and productivity for her company. She is organized and will confidently bring teams together to meet the needs of her clients.
Diletta joined the PeopleShare team in April 2017 as Recruiting Coordinator and was promoted to Recruiter in April 2019. Hailing from Italy, she moved to the United States and settled in Berks County four years ago. Her strong customer service background includes being an administrative assistant for a large Italian leather production company, where she traveled to expos and translated Italian for English-speaking customers. She has also worked for a local imported foods supplier in a fast-paced environment, where her focus was on ensuring quality customer service and order accuracy. Diletta is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, and she looks forward to a brilliant career at PeopleShare.
Dustin Burrows joined PeopleShare at our Greentree location as a recruiter. He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in business management. Dustin has over 5 years of experience including customer service, sales, leadership, recruiting, training, coaching, and onboarding.
He is very personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about working to connect the best candidates with our clients.
Eddie joined PeopleShare in January 2022 as a Branch Manager after a very successful career in the copier and office technology business. Eddie built his marketplace reputation on trust and excellent customer service.

English joined PeopleShare in November 2018 as a Recruiter. She comes to us with 6 years of hospitality management experience, and years of customer service. In her previous roles English has serviced both the corporate and non- profit markets of Berks County; giving her well-rounded views and experience with the general public. Strong communication, respect and a natural inclinations of stewardship and service will allow English to be a great team player.

Erica joined PeopleShare in September 2019 as a Recruiting Coordinator in the Princeton branch. She received her B.S. in Human Services from University of Delaware in June 2019. Her prior experience includes various customer service roles and recruiting. Erica is eager to expand her skillset and grow within PeopleShare!
Ernest started with PeopleShare as an On-Site Recruiter in February 2020. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Alabama A&M University.
His love for working with people drove him to a career in Human Resources and Recruiting in 2010. He is great at relationship building with the employees and showing that he truly cares about their needs.
He has tremendous strength in multi-tasking and is always willing to help above and beyond his daily responsibilities. Our client knows they can rely on Ernest to get the job done.
Gabby is a graduate from Penn State University. She has a BS degree in Organizational Leadership and a BS degree in Labor and Employment Relations. Gabby is also currently pursuing her Master's Degree from Penn State in Human Resources. She intends to be SHRM-CP certified this coming winter.
Gabby comes from Fulton Financial Corporation where she had experience in retail banking, mortgage operations, and human resources. Prior to that Gabby has experience in sales and supervisory retail experience. With her wide variety of backgrounds, we are certain that Gabby will be able to bring much knowledge and talent to the Reading team.
Geena joined the PeopleShare team as a Recruiting Coordinator. She is a 2016 SUNY College at Buffalo graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising. Geena has gained over five years of experience as a sales associate and supervisor for multiple retail stores. She brings with her excellent customer service and interpersonal skills that will aid her in helping others reach their career goals.
Grace joined the Philadelphia PeopleShare team in August 2019. She received a BA in Communication Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Before taking the dive into the recruiting industry, she worked as an event specialist for weddings and various corporate events. She prides herself on her keen attention to detail, her passion for people and ability to increase opportunities around her.
Heather joined PeopleShare as a Staffing Manager. She brings with her over 20 years of customer service and management experience.
Prior to PeopleShare, Heather worked her way from a part-time sales associate to holding a Multi title of District Trainer, Recruiting Specialist and Store Manager. She has honed her skill set in recruitment and team building to deliver nothing but the best.
Heidi joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter in 2022. She is a graduate of Cabrini College. Prior to PeopleShare, Heidi has over 17 years of management experience and managed the highest volume location in the Philadelphia region.
She has a talent for tracking trends and formulating methods to improve customer service. Heidi's industry knowledge of recruiting, along with her tireless work ethic and customer service background, make her a strong asset to the PeopleShare team.
Isabel joined the Frankfort team as a Staffing Supervisor in 2017.
She has several years of experience in the customer service environment and previously worked as a customer service associate.
Isabel has a very positive attitude, she is highly committed to her work, and she is creative and flexible in her role. She is very organized and very detailed in her work.
Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Master's of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from South University. Jackie has been working in career counseling for the last 3 years and is excited to use those skills to help put the right employees in the right jobs. Jackie is a transplant to Richmond from coastal North Carolina and is excited about exploring everything the city has to offer. She loves traveling, the beach, and playing with her two dogs.
Jaclyn joined the Horsham team in February 2017, and she brings with her a great amount of experience in a service oriented, fast paced and deadline driven corporate retail environment. Over the year with her past company, Jaclyn grew from part-time support up to management. In her last role she was managing, handling sales and had built many skills including talent acquisition and professional communication.
Jake Zimmerman joined PeopleShare in October 2010, starting as a Recruiter before being promoted five times, now serving in the role of Area Manager. In his current role he is responsible for day to day operations, managing and developing the recruiting team, and building partnerships with the best Companies in Chester County.
Jake graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to working at PeopleShare, he gained valuable industry experience working as a Technical Recruiter for a national firm. He has a passion for understanding client needs and overcoming obstacles to create true partnerships with them.
Jamie joins PeopleShare's Horsham branch as the Recruiting Coordinator. She is currently finishing her Associates Degree in Human Resources Management at Lehigh Carbon Community College.
Most recently, Jamie was providing Account Management support concentrating on client and vendor management. Jamie is highly skilled in communication, managing client expectations, and time management. She is excited to bring her skillset to the PeopleShare team!
Jamie joins the PeopleShare team with 10 years of experience as a Team Lead and Specialist servicing accounts for repayment resolution of Federally Defaulted Student Loans on behalf of Department of Education. She excelled at providing informative quality customer assistance to account holders while maintaining a high standard of compliance accuracy and she is passionate about helping others to achieve success.
Jason joined the King of Prussia team as a Recruiting Coordinator. He is currently attending Temple University with plans to graduate in December. Jason has over 8 years of combined customer service and management experience.
He is a member of The National Society of Leadership & Success and takes great pride in his work ethic & determination.

Jayne Mohri joined PeopleShare in September 2010 to open the Horsham, PA branch. She opened Princeton, NJ in 2012 and Allentown, PA in 2013. Jayne is a graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Communications and began her career as a staffing professional in 2000. Jayne has experience servicing a variety of industries including customer service, call center, office support, accounting, finance, IT, warehouse and light industrial.
Jayne combines years of management, recruiting and sales experience with an ability to understand client needs across a variety of industries. She has received multiple industry service awards including: exceptional customer service, branch leadership and exceeding revenue goals. She is currently Area Manager for Horsham, PA, Princeton, NJ, Philadelphia, PA and Account Director for a large partner nationally.
Jena joined PeopleShare as a Jr. Recruiter and has been promoted several times. in November 2018 she became a Senior Recruiter and in January 2021 she was promoted to Staffing Manager.
She is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.S in Economics, and brings with her over six years of award winning customer service and management experience. Her extensive background in customer service and her passion for helping people allows her to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients.

Jessica joined the Monroeville team in January 2020 as a Recruiter and was promoted to Senior Recruiter in 2022. She is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Management, as well as an Associate's Degree in Business from Community College of Allegheny County.
She has more than 9 years of retail management experience, focusing on customer service, on-boarding, employee relations, and training and development.
Jessica is a Virginia native and a graduate of James Madison University. She graduated with a double major in Corporate Communications and Psychology. Before coming to PeopleShare in June of 2019, she was a branch manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car where she learned about business, customer service, and teamwork in the workplace.

Joseph Ackell joined the Pottstown branch as a Recruiter and was promoted to Staffing Manager in July 2018. Joseph has been involved in the recruitment world since 2009. He is no stranger to what we do every day and is dedicated to great customer service. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miller-Motte College.
Josh joined the Newark team as a Recruiter in May 2019. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Josh was an Account Manager. In this role he excelled in sales while delivering exceptional customer service and account management. Prior to working in sales, Josh graduated with honors from Neumann University. He also held internships and seasonal positions working in customer service with the Philadelphia Eagles and Wilmington Blue Rocks.
Juli joined the PeopleShare team in June of 2017 as a Recruiter. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing. Juli brings 7 years of sales, customer service and recruiting experience from the insurance and education industries. Julie joined the PeopleShare team in October 2017 as a Junior Recruiter. She has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Penn State University. Justin joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter in the Monroeville office. Prior to joining the team, Justin gained over nine years of recruiting and customer service experience in higher education. He is a graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree and he also earned a Master's in Business Administration with a Human Resource Management emphasis from South University. Justin is highly motivated to contribute to the success of the Monroeville branch by establishing strong relationships with his clients and utilizing exceptional customer service skills.

Kailey Troxel joined PeopleShare as a Recruitment Coordinator and was promoted to Recruiter in March 2019. Kailey worked as a Key Holding Data Consultant & Sales Representative at Sprint Wireless prior to joining us. While at Sprint she assisted customers in person, and over the phone. Karen Connor is also a Vice President with Reliance and a part of the second generation of Sarachs to own and operate Reliance. Karen joined Reliance in 1996 and is responsible for the staff payroll and management of Affordable Care Act (ACA) implementation. She also facilitates training for Reliance's staffing software program, COATS. Karen offers experience in payroll, sales, training, business development and ACA compliance.
