Steve Schluchter has been a property tax professional since 1993, specializing in real estate and tangible personal property tax valuation. He's worked as a corporate property tax manager and as a consultant for hundreds of diverse clients. His experience includes representing clients before State Tax Tribunals, Value Adjustment Boards, County Commissioners and other taxing jurisdictions throughout the Country. Since 2003, Steve has owned Capital Tax Services, specializing in Florida tax law and valuation. He's a licensed real estate broker, is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT), and has a BA in financial administration from Michigan State..
