Randy A. Johnson

Randy A. Johnson is a Plaintiff's civil trial lawyer and a founding partner of Carlson & Johnson, LLP with offices in Orange County, California. Mr. Johnson is a Vietnam era veteran who graduated from California State University at Long Beach State with a Bachelor's Degree in clinical psychology. He later earned his Juris Doctorate degree at Pacific Coast University and was admitted to practice law by the California State Bar in 1993. Since becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Johnson became a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles as well as Consumer Attorneys of California. Mr. Johnson is also a member of Orange County Bar Association and mediates/arbitrates personal injury cases for OCBA. Mr. Johnson's experience in the personal injury field spans more than 30 years, both as an attorney and private investigator. His learned and practiced skills have proved to be a vital and indispensable asset in achieving highly favorable verdicts and settlement negotiations during his tenure as legal counsel. In 1981, Mr. Johnson became a licensed Private Investigator who specialized in personal injury accidents including, but not limited to automobiles, motorcycles, buses, semi-trucks, toxic torts, airplanes and water-craft. Mr. Johnson has experience investigating matters such as product and premises liability cases and catastrophic occurrences. The information derived from his investigations have all proved to be an effective indispensable part of each relevant case. Moreover, Mr. Johnson remains active on each of his case assignments from investigating the merits of the case (at the onset) through trial. Secondary to his studies in the field clinical psychology, Mr. Johnson displays compassion for all of his Clients and understands the mechanics involved for all Clients who have suffered life altering injuries and/or damages. In several instances, upon request, Mr. Johnson has accompanied his Clients to outside counseling as well as offered directional assistance for those Clients seeking other modes of assistance. Steven F. Carlson

Steven Carlson is a trial lawyer and one of the founding partners of the Law Offices of Carlson & Johnson (offices in Orange and Temecula) where he serves as the firm's lead trial counsel. His practice is dedicated solely to representing plaintiffs in cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury matters (including auto and truck accidents, product liability, premises liability, tire defect, auto defect, and construction site litigation). Mr. Carlson has represented hundreds of individuals harmed by the negligence of others and is highly committed to personalized and responsive service in achieving your desired results, whether through settlement or trial. Steven Carlson is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. Steven then went on to attend Western State University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Carlson handles cases throughout the State of California (including the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Santa Barbara and Ventura,). Mr. Carlson has successfully litigated many multi-million dollar cases and several high profile cases which received local and national attention. In 2003, a Riverside County jury returned a $4.5 million dollar verdict in one of Mr. Carlson's cases where an elderly women was seriously hurt by a negligent driver in a Budweiser truck. Mr. Carlson is a professor at Pacific Coast University, School of Law. Mr. Carlson has also been selected as a "Southern California Super Lawyer" for the years 2009 and 2010.
