Mrs. Kay Garrison is the owner/operator and directs the scope of operations from the office in Manchester, KY. Mr. Norwood Garrison, Engineer/Project Manager, heads our team of employees who proudly boast more than 45 years of excellence. Mr. Adam Garrison, an Engineer and Supervisor, and Mr. Petie Saylor, supervisor and excellent equipment operator, head up the Supervisor Team. Each has worked for over twenty three years in the pipeline industry.
