A 24-year Daniel team member, Alicia serves as Senior Property Manager and currently is responsible for close to one million square feet of office in and around Birmingham. These notable properties include University Park, Lakeshore Park Plaza, Meadow Brook 600, Legacy Corporate office, Legacy Community Federal Credit Union's eight branches, Meadow Brook Corporate Park and Grandview Corporate Park. Alicia also manages and is based at the Grandview Physicians Plaza I and Grandview Physicians Plaza II in Birmingham. Alicia holds the CPM (Certified Property Manager) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations, is a member of and, over the years, has held several positions, including President of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Alabama and served as a committee chair for BOMA Southern Region. Alicia has been married to her husband, Brad, for 20 years. They have two adult children, with whom they love to travel to and explore national parks. Their son, Mitchell, graduated from Auburn University in 2017 and now lives in Jackson, Wyoming. Their daughter, Mary, is currently attending Auburn. Brad is an avid Alabama fan so that keeps things interesting. Alicia supports many charities, but those closest to her heart involve animal rescues, women's heart health and helping to feed others by filling blessing boxes.

Andrew Irish - VP

Andrew Irish currently serves as Vice President for Daniel Corporation and is responsible for the construction and execution of new developments across the southeast with a primary focus in multifamily and mixed-use projects. Andrew manages contract negotiations with general contractors and other vendors on behalf of Daniel. Andrew has been working for Daniel since summer of 2021. Prior to Daniel Andrew started his career in construction project management for Birmingham based Design Build Commercial Construction Firm. Andrew then moved on to work for one of the top 25 multifamily developers based out of Birmingham executing ground up, multifamily developments in southeast, totaling over 500 million in development. Andrew earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Auburn University. Andrew is an active member of Church of the Highlands, Center for Executive Leadership, and cub scout pack 321.

Bradley has over 23 years' experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry. He joined Daniel in 1994 as an Accounting and Risk Manager. In 2001, he joined a subsidiary of Daniel, Commercial Real Estate Advisors, as an Account Manager. This role encompassed new lease and renewal negotiations, land purchases, financial analysis and lease administration for BBVA Compass Bank. Mr. Teed has been in his current position of Senior Manager - Property Accounting since 2010. In this role, he oversees the property accounting team and financial reporting for Daniel's Commercial Office, Retail and Multi-family properties. He has experience in reporting for multiple institutional clients and third party owners and has worked across multiple real estate accounting software platforms including MRI, Yardi, Timberline and JD Edwards. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Burgoyne McClendon

Burgoyne is responsible for implementing innovative marketing strategies for Daniel at both corporate and project levels. She works with project management teams throughout the development process to create cohesive brand identities for projects, ensuring they have a competitive edge in the market. Additionally, Burgoyne provides support to the development and property management teams on a wide variety of projects including designing proposal responses, pitch books, and presentations. Prior to joining Daniel, Burgoyne worked for Atlanta based developer Carter. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing brand development of all multi-family and mixed-use projects, public relations, social media management, event coordination, and proposal responses. Burgoyne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, both from Auburn University.

Cameron Conner - VP

Cameron Conner serves as Vice President of Daniel Corporation and is responsible for sourcing and executing new development and acquisition opportunities across the Southeast, with a primary focus on multifamily and mixed-use projects. Since joining Daniel in 2015 he has been actively involved in the financing, development, and disposition of more than 3,500 units and 500,000 square feet of commercial space, with a total capitalization in excess of $750 million. Prior to joining Daniel, Cameron worked for a family office located in Atlanta, GA, where he was involved in making investments across a range of asset classes, including opportunistic and value add real estate. Cameron earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Mississippi. He is active in numerous civic organizations in the community, including United Way of Alabama and the Boys and Girls Club of Birmingham, and as a junior board member of the Birmingham Zoo.

Carter Bryars

Carter is responsible for the comprehensive operational and administrative functions of Daniel, including its project investments and its affiliated service company, Daniel Realty Services. These responsibilities include overseeing all investment-related operations, including structuring and financing project investments, as well as assisting with strategic direction and capital placement efforts for the Company. Additionally, Carter directs the management and leasing efforts for all owned and third-party businesses within Daniel Realty Services. Carter has been with Daniel since 2006 serving in several different roles, of which the most recent was Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Daniel, Carter held various financial positions with Saks Incorporated, the last of which was Vice President Financial Reporting, where he was instrumental in SEC reporting, management reporting and investor relations. Prior to Saks, Carter served as an advisor to numerous mid-sized and SEC registered companies as an auditor and consultant in the assurance practice of Arthur Andersen LLP. Carter holds a Master's of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, both from Rhodes College, and he is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Carter has served on multiple campaign committees for the United Way of Central Alabama, has served as Chairperson and member of the Board of Directors for Easter Seals Birmingham and is a former member of the Leadership Class for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. He is currently an acting board member for Christ Health Center, sits on the Industry Advisory Council for Third Lens Ministries, and is also active in the Sonburst ministry of the Center for Executive Leadership.

Charlie Tickle - Chairman

Charlie has led the company since 1986, at which time he coordinated a senior management buyout of the Daniel real estate subsidiary from Fluor Corporation, a large international engineering and construction firm. His tenure with the company began in 1972, at which time he served as an entry-level controller. Charlie quickly advanced through the company and spearheaded a substantial expansion of the company's syndication business. He established several syndication portfolios that matched networks of investors with real estate opportunities. Charlie supports a variety of professional and civic organizations. He served as Chairman of the Board for Greystone Golf & Country Club for 17 years and currently serves as Board Member for Mountaintop Golf & Lake Club. He also serves as the Greater Alabama Council Director for United Way of Central Alabama, Director of Boy Scouts of America Alabama Council and is an active member of Asbury United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Leamon began her career with Daniel in 1979. With over 37 years of accounting/financial experience, Chris is responsible for all cash management and general company banking activities including management of the Accounts Payable function and personnel. In her current position, Manager, Treasury Management, she has an established relationship and interacts on a routine basis with third party bank personnel. Chris is responsible for coordination of owner banking requirements for properties and projects. She is also responsible for the development and maintenance of cash investment policies and procedures, including accounts payable and cash controls. Chris is a member of the Treasurer of Alabama Association for Financial Professional (formerly ATMA).

Dena is Vice President, Property Services, Atlanta, where she is responsible for Property Management operations and new business development. Dena previously worked at SK Commercial Realty where she was Executive Vice President, Business Development & Property Management. Dena has 30 years of property management expertise growing property management organizations to include extensive hands on performance with all aspects of commercial real estate operations, property management, leasing, construction management and operating a property management organization. Dena's tenure includes Cassidy Turley, Carter, JLL, CarrAmerica and Prentiss Properties. She has a BS degree from The University of Tennessee, obtained the Certified Property Manager Designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management, and is a licensed real estate Broker in Georgia. Dena served as a Georgia Real Estate Commissioner from 2002 until 2006, as appointed by former Governor Roy Barnes and reappointed by then Governor Sonny Perdue. Emily Sawyer - CFO

Emily is primarily responsible for assisting in planning, implementing, and managing Daniel's finance-related functions, including internal and external financial reporting, corporate budgeting and forecasting, financial covenant compliance, property accounting, and other partnership accounting matters. She also helps oversee Daniel's tax reporting processes and serves as the primary point of contact for Daniel's audit and tax service providers. Prior to joining Daniel, Emily served as Financial Reporting Manager at Medical Properties Trust, where she was responsible for SEC external reporting, internal financial reporting, and other corporate accounting matters. Emily also played an essential role in helping manage the controls and rules of the company's ERP system. Prior to MPT, Emily worked in public accounting for four years at CohnReznick in Atlanta, with a primary focus on real estate audits in the affordable housing sector. Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration and Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama, and she is a Certified Public Accountant. In 2022, Emily was recognized as NextGenBHM in Accounting by the Birmingham Business Journal. Emily is an active volunteer in her community, while currently serving as a junior board member of The Bell Center and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Birmingham.

Genevieve Douglass

Genevieve Douglass is the Director of Leasing and Brokerage for Daniel Corporation at its headquarters in Birmingham. She is responsible for all landlord representation assignments for the Financial Center, Grandview Physicians Plaza I and II, among other Daniel-owned and controlled assets. In this role, she plans to grow the brokerage division of the firm and partner on business development efforts to bring on third-party assets to lease and property manage. Prior to Daniel, Genevieve was a Director at SVN | Urban Properties in New Orleans, where she teamed on development deals and projects, and as a licensed agent, supported the brokerage team with landlord and tenant representation of retail, office and industrial leasing, and specialized in off-market acquisitions. Genevieve was with the firm for several years from its infancy, where she was highly instrumental in growing the firm to a 14-person team and developing four service lines (Brokerage, Property Management, Development & Project Management) and a multi-million-dollar venture fund. Genevieve is originally from New Orleans, with a background in PR & marketing. After graduating from The University of Alabama, she lived in Birmingham practicing PR from 2006-2010, working with architects and developers to promote projects. She moved back to New Orleans in 2010, where her entrepreneurial spirit led her to create two startup businesses, but she always had an adoration for real estate and grew up around investment properties and redevelopments, which eventually led her to pursue a career in commercial real estate. Justin oversees Daniel's multifamily platform. This includes the procurement and execution oversight of multifamily investment opportunities, both in new developments as well as existing assets, in high-growth markets across the Sunbelt. Prior to Daniel, Justin was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Colonial Properties Trust, a multifamily focused real estate investment trust with over 35,000 apartment homes located throughout the Sunbelt region of the United States. Justin was responsible for the company's multifamily transaction activity and completed over $1 billion in transactions during his time with Colonial, comprised of both residential for-sale and for-rent assets. Justin received his Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University and is a CCIM designee. Justin is involved in supporting and volunteering his time with numerous civic organizations in Birmingham including the Birmingham Rotary Club, the Birmingham Business Alliance, the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham, the Alys Stephens Center and previously served as President and Chair of the Rotaract Club of Birmingham. Regina is responsible for all assisting in aspects and stages of Daniel's real estate transactions. She is also responsible for keeping the organizational documentation of Daniel current. Prior to joining Daniel, Regina worked for 28 years as a real estate paralegal at a local law firm. In this role she was responsible for drafting various real estate documents and overseeing the flow of closing logistics and post-closing follow up. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies and a Master of Business Administration, both from Samford University.

Scott is responsible for financial analysis across all property types. This includes development feasibility, as well as acquisitions and dispositions. As an integral part of the investment team, Scott manages project underwriting, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling for all development and investment pursuits. Prior to joining Daniel in 2007, Scott held various financial positions with Saks Incorporated, the last of which was Director of Financial Analysis, where he played a major role in the company's real estate and capital allocation processes. This included the divesture of the company's regional department store divisions. Prior to Saks, Scott was a financial analyst for HealthPartners (now Viva Health) and an instructor in the Economics, Finance and Legal Studies department at the University of Alabama. Scott has a PhD in Finance from the University of Alabama, an MBA from Minnesota State Mankato and a BS from the University of Minnesota. Earl Scott is the Senior Treasury Associate for Daniel Corporation. Earl assists the Vice President of Treasury by providing support for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations and GL Journal Entries as well as any other accounting duties required. Prior to Daniel Corp. I worked as a Contract Accountant and Business Manager in several different industries for over 5 years. Prior to that I spent over 20 years as Controller/Accounting Manager with two local Companies. Six years with a 501 (C) 3 Company and 14 years with a For Profit Corporation.

Stephanie Underwood

As Vice President, Human Resources, Stephanie handles the administration of the company's human resources and payroll functions. This includes compliance with federal and state laws as it relates to labor relations, benefit administration, policies/procedures, and wage and compensation. As a recent graduate in 1982, Stephanie joined Daniel's newly developed Human Resource department and was instrumental in the establishment and administration of the realty HR group and its evolution into a full-service property management, development, and investment company. Stephanie is a long-term member of the Birmingham Society of Human Resources (BSHRM), National Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM), National Association of Female Executive. Former committee member America's First Credit Union, Board member of BeStrong Associates, and GRLM, a community outreach, and volunteer and supporter of United Way of Alabama.
