Aditi Sharma - CEO

Aditi conceived of and launched LIME Lab as a unit of EdCollab in 2015 in the city of Detroit. Lime Lab is a low-profit LLC organization focused on teaching programming, robotics, and technology to students. Lime Lab develops programs for STEM education. It is especially focused on reducing the inequities in STEM education for girls and minorities. LIME Lab has partnered with organizations such as the Michigan Science Center in Detroit and the Detroit Public Library to offer FREE or low-cost technology training to girls and other technology disenfranchised groups. Aditi has been instrumental in developing partnerships with organizations such as the Michigan Science Center, Detroit Public Library, and The Roeper school. Aditi envisions a world where technology is an enabler of the many and not merely a tool for entrenching existing inequities. Aditi has a degree in computer science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and specializes in Data science, AI and ML. She is an avid mountain biker and was the captain of the mountain biking team of her high school.

Anjali Sharma

  • Arduino Programming & Robotics Instructor
Anjali is a high school student at Roeper - a school for the gifted, in Michigan, USA. Anjali has been an integral part of LIME Lab since her 5th grade class. She has been designing, developing and delivering training to kids in the Detroit area since 2015. She is an expert at Arduino programming and a whiz at coming up with new project ideas for her classes.

Dan Jacobs

Job Titles:
  • Director of Communications & Social Skills Training
Dan Jacobs has been a teacher for over 25 years at Roeper - a school for gifted kids in Michigan, USA. He has achieved rockstar status as a beloved Forensics and Debate Coach at Roeper. At EdCollab, Dan uses his formidable expertise in the art of the spoken word to design and develop training programs in communications and soft skills development. In 2022, Dan was inducted into the Michigan Speech Coaches (MSCI) Hall of Fame.

Dr. Ajit Sharma

Ajit has more than 12 years' experience in IT strategy and its implementation. He has successfully managed several IT intensive corporate initiatives like ERP implementations, Supply chain optimization , Busines continuity planning and knowledge management. These engagements have taken him across the globe including India, USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Holland. In 2004, Ajit coauthored a chapter in a book by Prof. C.K. Prahalad - 'The fortune at the bottom of the pyramid'. Published by Wharton School Publishing, this book was voted the best business book of 2004. He holds the PhD and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He also holds an MBA from NITIE (National Institute of Industrial Engineering), India and a Bachelor's in Manufacturing Engineering from NIAMT(National Institute Of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Ranchi), India. Ajit is a certified Project Management Professional (PMI) and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (APICS).

Mary Windram

  • Director of Pedagogy Design for the Gifted
Mary is a storied magician teacher of 30 plus years at the Roeper School - a school for gifted kids in Michigan, USA. Mary also happens to be Anjali and Aditi's mentor and school teacher. At EdCollab, Mary guides and directs the design of learning materials with an eye towards striking the optimal balance between being fun and effective. Mary holds several degrees in education, and pedagogy design for the gifted.

Pratibha Chauhan - CTO

Job Titles:

Pratibha is a computer science graduate from Mumbai university with over 15 years experience in the robotics industry in the US. She is instrumental in designing and developing our robotics program centered around the Arduino platform. Pratibha also excels in the Data Science space. Pratibha is currently pursuing the Masters in Data Science Program from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
