Eli E. Cohen was born in the US and spent part of his formative years in Israel. After completing a three year stint in the armed forces, he became the youngest account executive at the largest ad agency in Israel while studying for his B.A. at Tel-Aviv University... In 1983 he set up Creative Concepts, a consulting firm providing integrated marketing and communications services to a wide range of international companies.
