Agency loans are loans that are provided by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. These are US Government agencies. The programs of the two agencies are very similar. We tend to pick whoever will give us the best deal in a particular geographic area. We deal directly with the Designated Underwriter. We quote these loans to you flat. That is without any points to us. We are a correspondent and we are paid by the lender... We are a full service Commercial Mortgage Company. We do not do any single family home mortgages. We are in the commercial financing business and we do not sell leads to other companies. Financing Commercial Real Estate is our only business. We close loans.
