Brett Fisher - Managing Director

He founded FLC in 2003, is a member of the firm's Investment Committee, and has led investments across multiple industries, geographies, and with multiple sponsors. Brett additionally plays a leadership role in the marketing, fundraising, client service, and management of the firm. Prior to founding FLC, Brett was a Senior Vice President of GIC, the private equity investment arm of Singapore's sovereign wealth fund. Brett led GIC's US private equity operations and served on its Investment and Management Committees. Earlier in his career, Brett was a Director of Corporate Development for AirTouch Communications and was a Vice President with Genstar Investment Corporation. Brett began his business career with Marakon Associates, a management consulting firm. Previously, Chris was a founding partner and the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Fintan Partners, an absolute return asset manager. Earlier in his career, Chris was the Tax Operations Practice Leader for the Ernst & Young Financial Services Tax Practice Pacific Northwest and was also the Chief Financial Officer for the Hedge Fund Group at Technology Crossover Ventures. Chris began his career with Ernst & Young in the Financial Services Tax Group. Chris earned a BS in Accounting and a MS in Tax from State University of New York at Albany. He is a certified public accountant in New York (active) and California (inactive).

Linda Lynch

Linda co-founded Fisher Lynch Capital in 2003. She was a Managing Director through 2016 and has been a Senior Advisor thereafter. Linda continues to provide strategic oversight of FLC's legacy fund-of-fund portfolios. She is now a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Boston-based Winthrop Square Capital. Previously, Linda was Director of Private Equity and Vice President of Lucent Asset Management, which managed the pension assets of Lucent Technologies, Inc. Prior to Lucent, Linda was a Managing Director of Cambridge Associates, an investment consulting and research firm. Earlier in her career, she held several economic development posts for the City of New York. Linda serves on the investment committee of the Catholic Schools Foundation, and the advisory board of The Riverside Company. Linda earned a BA at Yale University and an MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Marcus Wood - Managing Director

Previously, Marcus was a Partner at Cinven, a leading European buyout firm, where he led transactions across several industries and served on the Boards of Amadeus, Corgi Classics, Medimedia, and Smurfit Kappa. Earlier in his career, Marcus was an executive at Intermediate Capital Group plc, the largest independent provider of mezzanine finance for buyouts in Europe, and in Corporate Finance at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Marcus is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He holds a BSc in Mathematics with Operational Research from the University of London.
