Doug enjoys spending time with his family (beautiful wife and three kids), fishing on the Missouri River, wild game feasts, and solving the unsolvable.

Grayson Lukasik

Job Titles:
  • Field Operations Manager
Grayson was raised in Evaro, Montana. His construction started in high school when he worked on rentals and remodels. After working in commercial construction for several years, he took a call from Nick Van Tighem with Jackson Contractor Group and the rest is history. Having come up through the trades, he has become good friends and even ‘brothers' with a lot of the folks he has worked with. He loves spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys elk hunting, fishing, tying (LARGE) flies and tending to his vegetable garden (yes, you can grow Okra in Montana). He has four dogs, two cats, and a decent number of laying hens (as long as the foxes don't eat them all). He is still the king of the river; slaying fish, teaching one to fish, or simply sporting his crown.

Hattie Redmon

They love floating the Bitterroot River, farmer's markets, and exploring the outdoors. She's a pretty good cook and likes to try new dessert recipes. "At Jackson, our most important job as leaders is to empower and develop staff members to do our jobs better than we do."

Matt has worked for several design firms and subcontractors across the state… but don't get it twisted as he is, at his roots, a builder! As a self-proclaimed nerd, carpenter, and digital fabrication fanatic - Matt's aim is to bridge the gap between technology and construction. And one day help design and build the first Mars HAB station. During off time if you can't find him out in the back country with his kids than he is probably in his shop tinkering away on some hair-brained idea with his CNC or 3D printer.

When not out hunting rattlesnakes, Rylan can be found singing Karaoke or co-wrangling his four kids with his wife.

Steve Houston

Job Titles:
  • Senior Project Manager
