Matt Jawlik, principal of Jawlik Consulting, has over 8 years of operations, IT and technical project management experience across a variety of industries and disciplines. He began his career in consulting with a healthcare/government relations startup in New York City, coordinating operations and managing strategic research projects. Since then Matt's career has focused on business process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives, working with private, non-profit, and Fortune 500 companies alike. He has successfully helped these organizations operate more quickly, effectively and inexpensively through improved supply chain management, right-sizing, and process re-engineering.
