Nicole's primary area of focus is start-to-finish planning development of corporate and campaign events, including political rallies and fundraisers. For five consecutive years, Nicole has been the event planner for former Nevada Attorney General Adam P. Laxalt's Morning in Nevada PAC's Basque Fry barbecue event in Gardnerville, Nevada. This annual event is the single-largest conservative grassroots political event in Nevada, selling out each year, and attracting some of the nation's top conservative leaders as speakers and attendees. Past speakers at the event include Mercedes Schlapp and Matt Schlapp, U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, U.S. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, U.S. Congressman Devin Nunes, President Donald Trump's 2016 campaign manager Kellyanne Conway, Dr. Ben Carson, U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton, former Milwaukee County Sheriff David A. Clarke, Jr., former New Mexico Gov. Robert Uithoven, founder and president of j3 STRATEGIES, has over 25 years of experience in political campaigns and public affairs advocacy. Uithoven has served as general consultant or campaign manager on many successful political campaigns from City Council up to Governor. Uithoven served as the Western Regional Political Director for the Ted Cruz for President campaign overseeing ten states. During the 2016 Republican presidential primary, Uithoven was successful in overseeing victories for Cruz in Alaska, Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah, as well as second place finish in Minnesota, and third place in Nevada.
