Adekemi earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami with majors in Legal Studies, Business Management, and Accounting. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, graduating with a rank of fifteenth in her class. Alexandra Mena is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to all aspects of liability and casualty defense, including auto and trucking accidents, slip and falls, and general premise liability cases, with a focus on third-party insurance defense.
Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Alexandra gained valuable experience at a Plaintiff's firm working on personal injury matters both pre-suit and through litigation. Consequently, Alexandra brings the insight she gained from the Plaintiff's side to strategically and zealously advocate for her liability and casualty defense clients here at Kelley Kronenberg.
Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Music degree in Classical Voice with a minor in Latin American Studies, cum laude, from Loyola University. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Alexis Garcia is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to first-party property defense.
Before joining Kelley Kronenberg as an associate, Alexis participated in the firm's First-Party Property Law "Klinic," a four-week program for newly licensed attorneys to receive comprehensive training in first-party property litigation; upon successful completion of which, they receive placement with a specific team to independently handle cases alongside an experienced Partner.
Alexis earned her Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Florida State University with a double major in Media Communication Studies and Psychology. Alexis was recognized for her academic achievements by invitation to and membership in the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Golden Key International Honor Society, and Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society. Alison Trejo is a Partner and Business Unit Leader at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on first-party property insurance defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Alison gained experience handling insurance and liability defense matters, which included personal injury, SIU investigations, premises liability, first-party, and third-party property claims, and business disputes.
Alison earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Florida International University. She then went on to earn her Master's Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, Wayne Huizenga School of Business. In 2014 Alison obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad School of Law.
During law school, Alison was the publications editor of The International Citator & Research Guide. She was awarded first and second place in the New York Bar Association Committee on Animal Law and Florida State University's College of Law writing competitions, respectively.

Amy Siegel Oran is a Partner and Business Unit Leader focusing her practice exclusively on workers' compensation defense. She focuses her practice on the defense of workers' compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, third-party administrators, and claims servicing agencies. Her background includes extensive experience with all aspects of Litigation and Appellate Law.
Throughout her career, Amy has cultivated an array of skills and knowledge that have contributed to the effective representation of clients in several industries including the retail, healthcare, hospitality, and the public goods and government services industries. Amy frequently represents health care facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes, as well as a broad range of service industry employers. She also has extensive public sector experience, actively representing municipalities and other government entities in defense of their workers' compensation claims, including Heart/Lung Bill claims. Amy has successfully defended many claims against local government agencies, retailers, restaurants, bars, hotels, and similar establishments.
Amy has a sub-specialty in catastrophic claims handling defense and settlement. The scope of her work includes management of compensable catastrophic injuries, defending non-compensable claims, and settlement of often multi-million dollar cases involving annuities and Medicare Set Asides. These include claims handled from inception or taken over at the excess coverage level due to the significant exposure of the matters.
Amy is certified by the state of Florida to conduct Continuing Education courses and regularly presents seminars on a wide variety of legal matters. She has served on the Workers' Compensation Practice Committee for the Palm Beach County Bar Association, playing an integral role in planning the annual Bench Bar Conference, as well as speaking at the Conference on numerous occasions. Additionally, Amy provides regular training seminars to clients, advising supervisors, managers, and employers on proper claim reporting and handling techniques. Andrea serves as the face of Kelley Kronenberg working with external parties such as media entities, event vendors, community & business organizations, and conference organizers. She is responsible for building and maintaining a positive aspirational image for the firm and its attorneys, utilizing the full marketing mix of media/PR tools for both internal and external communications.

Angelo M. Filippi is a Partner and Business Unit Leader, focusing his practice on labor and employment law and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) defense. Angelo represents employers on a broad range of matters applicable to the workplace. The group defends employers who are audited or investigated by local, state, and federal enforcement agencies and has extensive experience litigating both individual and class action claims. Angelo has defended employers in litigation initiated under state and federal discrimination laws; overtime and other wage disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act; leave issues relating to the interaction between the disabilities laws, the FMLA, and workers' compensation; retaliation and whistleblower claims; non-compete issues, employment contract claims, and OSHA compliance.
Angelo's practice also includes counseling clients in regulatory compliance with the standards and regulations enforced by the Department of Labor, OSHA, and Homeland Security. As part of his OSHA practice, Angelo assists clients in establishing compliant safety programs; guides employers during OSHA inspections; and defends employers in OSHA enforcement actions.
