Alison Engel (Ali) is the Chief Financial Officer at LeaseAccelerator. She has more than 25 years of financial management experience at diversified multi-unit business organizations and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her career spans key roles in highly complex organizations focused on transitioning their business models in the digital age.
Andrew Ray represents public and private companies, financial sponsors, and management teams in a broad range of corporate and finance matters. Additionally, he counsels extensively in the telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT); government contracts; energy; and financial services sectors.

Bob Solomon is the Principal of Software Platform Consulting, Inc. (SPCI). Bob helps clients develop B2B networks and platforms that create value for all industry participants. Prior to founding SPCI, Bob was president of ServiceChannel, a SaaS platform in the facilities management industry.

David Rutchik is an Executive Managing Director with Pace Harmon, maintaining nearly 25 years of executive management, corporate development, M&A, strategic outsourcing/sourcing and global contracts negotiations experience. He specializes in complex, commercial transactions in the IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Customer Care areas.
George Ferris is a senior executive who specializes in investing private capital in small, mature companies and early-stage companies in the software, IT services, and outsourced business services sectors. George works closely with management teams of the companies to build long-term enterprise value. He has significant prior experience in private equity, investment banking, and public accounting. In addition to his role as an Advisor at LeaseAccelerator, George is the Chairman of CompassMSP, the Managing Director of Bilgola Capital, Co-chairman of Moneo Technology Solutions, and an adjunct professor of finance at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.

George S. Rich is Managing Partner of GRI Fund, L.P., an investment partnership specializing in growth capital and leveraged investments in consumer, business, and telecommunication services. From 1992 to 2002, Mr. Rich was a Founder and Managing Director of Armata Merchant Partners LLC, a private merchant bank based in Baltimore, Maryland.
Jay McGlynn is the former Chief Revenue Officer of LeaseAccelerator. He led the company's sales, marketing, customer, and professional services team from 2015 to early 2018. Prior to joining LeaseAccelerator, Jay was the executive vice president of sales and marketing at Reval, the leading global Software-as-a-Service provider of Treasury and Risk Management solutions. Prior to Reval, McGlynn was SVP of Worldwide Sales at Parlano, a leading provider of enterprise group messaging solutions, which was acquired by Microsoft.
Jonathan Rosenbaum has been at Insight Venture Partners since 2014. He focuses on vertical and horizontal application software, and is responsible for executing transactions and assisting in portfolio management post-close. He currently sits on the board of Conga and Templafy and observes at LeanTaaS and nCino.

Michael Keeler is the CEO and Chairman of the Board, focusing on corporate development and long-term product strategy. Since 2003, he has been the primary force behind the growth and vision for the new software category of Lease Lifecycle Management.
Michael has more than 20 years of experience building software businesses. Prior to joining LeaseAccelerator, he served as President of Onmark Corporation, an international IT leasing company. Before Onmark, Michael founded and managed two software companies, DataZen (1999-2002) and Ecologic Corporation (1993-1999).
Michael is a graduate of New York University with a master's in IT (1993) and Georgetown University with a bachelor's from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service (1989).
Michael lives with his family in Washington, DC.
Michael Keeler is the Chairman of the Board and the CEO of LeaseAccelerator. Since 2003, he has been the primary force behind the growth and vision for the new software category of Enterprise Lease Accounting.

Mike Lees is the CRO and the former CMO of LeaseAccelerator. Since 1997, Mike has had various roles in the technology sector, as investor, founder/CEO and most recently a 15-year career as a marketing leader.
Prior to joining LeaseAccelerator, Mike served as CRO of Wirewheel, a trust and privacy software solutions provider in Washington, DC. Previously he held roles as CMO at Metalogix (acquired by Quest Software), and WealthEngine (acquired by Euromoney Institutional Investor). Lees has held the position of Vice President Marketing at IntraLinks, and VP Product Marketing at Software AG and webMethods. Prior to his marketing career, Mike was an entrepreneur; he founded metadata management innovator Cerebra in 2001 and after growing the business in the UK and US exited to webMethods in 2006.
Mike started his career in finance, attaining Chartered Accountant status with KPMG in the UK and then serving as a technology analyst and fund manager for CIS. A Brit by birth, Mike currently lives in Northern Virginia.

Todd has over 25 years of experience in high-growth, venture-backed, category-leading software companies, including AppAssure, Cloudistics, and Consul Risk Management. He also has led enterprise sales organizations at Veritas, Symantec, and Dell.
Tony is an angel investor and board member with founding investments across the technology spectrum including SaaS, backup and recovery, voice recognition, cloud billing, cloud storage, network management, social media, alternative energy, nanotechnology, IOT, and industry-specific cloud platforms.
