Annabelle Walsh

Annabelle was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2014. Since then, Annabelle has practiced in Tamworth and Armidale. Annabelle frequently receives instructions from clients in the Tamworth and New England region in relation to the buying and selling of residential , rural and commercial property (conveyancing), estate planning and the administration of estates. Other areas Annabelle practices include commercial law and trusts. In 2018, Annabelle completed a Masters of Applied Law with an Estate Planning Major and this assists her in advising clients how to best protect their assets and meet their estate planning objectives. Annabelle prides herself on communicating complex issues to her clients in understandable terms. Annabelle assists the Cancer Council Pro Bono Scheme and provides advice to a number of community organisations in the North West and New England areas. She is also a volunteer judge for the Federation Cup Debating competition. Annabelle resides in Uralla with her partner and commutes to Tamworth. Outside of work, Annabelle can be found playing rugby and netball (when not injured), spoiling her sausage dog Frankie, helping her partner on the farm or performing ceremonies as she is an authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant.

Bridget Cumming

Bridget was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1992 and joined LBK in 2001. After raising her three children with husband David, she became a partner in 2014. Bridget's main areas of practice are personal injury, employment law, wills (including contested wills), estates and family provision claims. Bridget is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and mentors the firm's younger solicitors. As a mother and now a grandmother, Bridget loves spending time with her family and is an active member of the local community.

David Cumming

David was admitted as a solicitor in 1985 and became a partner at LBK in 1991. David has extensive experience in litigation and now works primarily in the area of Family Law. David is passionate about Family Law and works as an Independent Children's Lawyer. He realises each new client presents an opportunity to help someone through a difficult situation. David's transparency and dedication allow him to achieve his clients' goals in any Family Law dispute and settlement. Having been with LBK for over 35 years and now as Senior Partner, David enjoys the strong connections that the firm has built with generations of clients and actively fosters relationships with new clients and their families. David is an active member in the local community and strong supporter of local junior sport. David has enjoyed managing and coaching various junior teams and he is currently Head of the Central North Rugby Union Judiciary, a position he has held for 15 years. LBK are also a long time and proud sponsor of local rugby union.
