Our Founder Dawn Gasiorowski, noticed a trend in 2001, in the mortgage industry. She realized that a lot of regular people were getting in to homes and were unaware of some major stipulations on there contracts. They saw a change in dates, test that were passed over, and payments that were made without approval or even acknowledgement from the homeowner. Even worse than that they were geographically choosing areas of better intrest($) to work instead of staying fare to everyone. Being in the industry she read the fine print and tried to educate people on the home buying and selling process and help steer them away from predatory Realtors.
