Amy Wright - CEO, President

Amy's belief in sound business solutions, client focus and giving back to the community extends throughout the organization. Prior to founding Macro Solutions, Amy was Director of the Federal Business Practice for a large ERP consulting company as well an independent business process and systems consultant. In addition to managing Macro Solutions, Amy is also on the Board of Directors of BUILD, a non-profit dedicated to providing at-risk kids a path towards high-school and college graduation.

Benaé Francis

Benaé ensures our company's CMMI and ISO compliance, and engages closely with our staff to provide training/developmental guidance and cultural support.

Brian George

Brian is a Senior PM working on Department of Defense, IC projects. Brian also works to support the quality team as an IT Operations and Cyber Security SME to help Macro Solutions with its ISO and CMMI Certifications.

Brian Jacobs

Brian brings extensive skills and experience in Strategy, Innovation, Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Management and Cost and Performance Management from his more than 14 years as a Federal Civilian Leader in the United States Army. Brian had a successful career as a software engineer in private industry. Combining his technical, government, and business skills, he is in a unique position to see all sides of a problem and tailor solutions to deliver optimal results.

Chris Molitor

Chris is a seasoned project manager with 30 years of experience in financial information systems planning and development. Mr. Molitor is a seasoned project manager with 30 years of experience in financial information systems planning and development projects utilizing structured methodologies, advanced programming tools, the latest server and database products and various project management tools. The last 25 years have been spent implementing the Oracle and PeopleSoft financials suites. His experience spans several industries including Software, Telecommunications, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Energy and Business Services.

Grant Williams

Grant's expertise in federal capture and proposal development helps to strengthen client and partner relationships as well as ensure submission of consistent, high-quality products to the Government.

John Blatchford

John leads the Data Services practice for Macro Solutions providing guidance on best practices, applications and tooling. is an innovator who helps federal agencies exploit data to continually improve performance, reduce risks, and increase efficiencies. A thought leader in Data Analytics, John delivers mission-impactful, advanced analytics and data management solutions.

Pete Boyer - EVP

Pete provides strategy, business development and operations leadership for all Macro Solutions businesses and entities. Prior to joining Macro Solutions, Pete had a successful consulting practice and was a Partner in IBM's Global Business Services, where he was responsible for the service delivery and operations for a wide range of public and private sector clients. Pete sits on and supports many non-profit boards and organizations focused on youth sports, both in the United States and abroad.

Todd's extensive marketing and management background has helped catapult Macro Solutions from a start-up enterprise solutions consulting company to a leading-edge provider of business solutions to all sectors. Prior to co-founding Macro Solutions, Todd worked as a technical director with a large information technology services firm focused on the telecommunications and financial industries. Prior to that, Todd lived and worked overseas. Todd began his career in the public relations and governmental affairs industries. In keeping with the Macro Solutions tradition of giving back, Todd spearheads the company's philanthropic and volunteer efforts, which have become an integral part of the company's mission.

Todd Hager

Todd believes in creating space for teams to do great things. He also appreciates the gentle tension that exists between good planning and an agile approach. Prior to joining Macro Solutions, Todd co-founded BroadPoint Technologies, an IT services firm focused on enterprise financials, business intelligence and contact center applications within federal agencies. Todd is the Industry Chair for the ACT-IAC Emerging Technology Community of Interest and is a member of the Association of Government Accountants' Financial Systems and Technology Committee. Todd is also a volunteer math teacher at The Academy of Hope, a DC adult public charter school, and at the University of the District of Columbia Community College. He is a mentor for graduating seniors at Caesar Chavez School, a DC charter school focused on social justice and also serves as a mentor for Year Up, an organization focused on helping high school graduates develop the necessary skills to succeed in the tech industry.
