Sibyl Masquelier is an experienced businesswoman who is founding partner of ERG. In the executive recruiting industry since 1976, her background is as an account executive and officer of a Philadelphia-based search firm. Working in over 35 industries, she has completed search assignments in 46 states, Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Arctic DEW line. In 1992, was an employment specialist with a U.S. delegation to 12 companies in Russia and Belarus. Her industry specialties are energy, renewable energy and media. Previously she served Knight-Ridder Newspapers as Employment Manager for the Miami Herald. Sibyl completed over forty management, sales, Smart card and VLSI design engineering searches for Schlumberger Oil Services companies in the United States, Canada, and Great Britain. She has served as Contract Recruitment Director for eleven Startups: El Miami Herald (now El Nuevo Herald), Metro Toronto (now MetroToday Toronto), Pittsburgh Tribune Review, Métro Montréal, Metro Boston, Rumbo de San Antonio, Rumbo de Houston, Rumbo de Valle, Rumbo de Austin, DC Examiner and Baltimore Examiner. She has been a guest lecturer/workshop leader at the Cornell University School of Industrial Relations and the Poynter Institute for Media Studies. She holds a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and a M.Ed. from the University of Miami. She is an accredited Targeted Selection Administrator through Development Dimensions International, Inc.
