Dr. Chang is a cosmetic surgeon who specializes in cosmetics, body sculpting and vein care. Originally born in Chicago, he attended Northwestern University for its prestigious Honor Program in Medical Education. Dr. Chang completed his surgical residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach and then became a busy attending general surgeon in the Memorial Hospital System in south Broward.
