NEATLINE ASSOCIATES - Key Persons

Anne Deely is a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) specialist and principal at Neatline Associates LLC. She holds an MS in Natural Resources: Environmental Conservation from the University of NH, and a BA in Geology from Haverford College. Prior to founding Neatline Associates, Anne was an Extension Specialist at UNH Cooperative Extension, where she taught hundreds of people how to use geospatial technologies like GIS and GPS. She has developed and led workshops on ArcGIS, Co-occurrence Analysis, Spatial Analyst, and both handheld and mapping grade GPS units. She has also worked as a GIS Analyst for the Lakes Region Planning Commission, providing GIS services to 30 member towns in NH's Lakes region, and for NH GRANIT, NH's statewide GIS clearinghouse​.
