Brett R. Baker

Brett is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with a relentless and tireless pursuit of customer objectives when representing buyers and sellers of New York City real estate. Having served as a Member of the Board of Directors for two Manhattan co-ops, including in one instance as President, Brett fully understands the board approval and interview process and utilizes such knowledge and experience in representing his customers. Born and raised in New York City, Brett has a passion for real estate and a joy in sharing in the consummation of his customers' successful transactions. Brett lives on the Upper East Side with his wife and son and in his free time enjoys spending time with his family, squash, running, travelling, and opera.

Carolyn Yang Li

Carolyn's real estate experience began with purchasing and selling of her own properties, providing guidance for her friends to make real estate property investment in New York City. At NextStopNY, Carolyn continues to use her strong search, analysis, and communication skills to help her clients look for valuable home place, enhance their investment value, increase profits, and shorten the sales cycle. Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin) and Shanghai dialect, Carolyn is able to relate to clients who come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs. When representing buyers, she embraces her mission of helping them fulfill their dream of home ownership. A former TV news anchor with a master's degree in Media Studies from New School University, Carolyn is a good communicator and listener. Her professional career in local government equipped her with over 10-year high quality service to help NYC local business owners set up, grow, and expand. She is also caring and patient, offering insights about the market and particular neighborhoods, but without ever rushing her clients. A native of Shanghai, who has lived in New York for more than 15 years, Carolyn has a deep international network of clients, colleagues and friends. She a unique ability to match clients coming to New York from other areas with the perfect investment - whether it's a rental property, a pied-à-terre, or the place they'll be please to come home to every day. Beside her passion for real estate, Carolyn is an art collector, writer, and home decorator who enjoys cooking, reading, sports, travel. She lives in Manhattan with her family.

Denise O'Neill

Denise joined NextStopNY in 2013 and has been busy with both sales and rental clients ever since. Her clients appreciate her tenacity, can-do attitude and knowledge of the real estate market. She prides herself on the extra care she takes while researching new homes to review with her clients and selects the apartments that meet all of their needs. Denise currently manages the NextStopNY office at 355 East 72nd Street. In her previous career, Denise worked for several global advertising agencies as well as an advertising recruitment firm. She brings her client management experience to NextStopNY where being organized, multitasking and working with all types of people is a great asset. Denise has been living and working in NYC for over 25 years, so she knows her way around the city and can recommend neighborhoods to live in that will suit her client's needs. Natasha Krampf

After a successful career in women's fashion as a Design Director, Natasha is pursuing a career in Real Estate. Upon graduating from Parson School of Design, at twenty-four she became the youngest head designer and realized fashion is not only pretty things, that big business opportunities exist in redefining fashion trends into saleable clothes that add value to a consumer's life. International travel allowed Natasha to guide her team creatively and analytically to create the most updated styles for her client and base and an array of department stores, season after season. At age nine, upon landing in New York from St. Petersburgh, Russia the magical cab ride across the 59 th Street Bridge as she gazed at the majestic skyline that held the promise of the American dream, it was love at first site. The search for her first apartment ignited her passion for real estate, Natasha realized that finding a place you can call home can simultaneously fulfill financial goals. At twenty-five, Natasha found a great place on the UES and with a robust renovation was home at last! Recently, in her third apartment, along with celebrating her twentieth anniversary with Steve and watching their eleven-year-old city savvy daughter, Lea, growing up in the world's best city, is allowing Natasha to live her own American dream following her passion of real estate.
