With a decade of digital marketing experience with Ontario SEO, Jenna is the critical link between all the moving parts of a digital marketing project, integrating them into a cohesive strategy that delivers results for our clients. Jenna holds B.Sc. and Master's degrees in Behavioural Ecology and a BA in Education, where she refined the essential research, analysis, and communications skills that she still uses today in her career with Ontario SEO. Her unconventional background brings a fresh perspective to the digital marketing landscape, and her depth of expertise in SEO, Google Ads and Google Analytics have helped shape her identity as a dynamic digital marketer with the skills to match. In an ever-changing industry, Jenna continues to learn and grow with the evolving digital landscape, and loves complex, multifaceted projects that challenge and inspire her. As a mother to two busy children and an adorable puppy, she's certainly never bored! In her (rare) spare time, she enjoys gardening, adventuring with her kids, or exploring the outdoors with her Girl Guide group.

Joshua Waller

Joshua joins the Ontario SEO team as an SEO Manager, overseeing and executing strategies to ensure our client's goals are not only met, but exceeded. With Joshua's years of experience in the digital realm (across many verticals), he is able to pinpoint any business' areas for growth as well as new opportunities that can be formed into actionable strategies. While Joshua's primary focus is SEO, he also has in-depth knowledge and experience in paid advertising (social, PPC, programmatic), email marketing, social media marketing and content creation. Having an array of expertise in digital allows Joshua to see the "big picture" when creating strategies and ensures that everything is integrated seamlessly. With an education from Fanshawe College, Joshua was provided opportunities to compete in international marketing competitions as well as work with many local businesses to create and implement digital strategies. As the industry is ever evolving, so is Joshua's schooling. He is constantly staying up to date with the latest industry updates and trends to ensure our clients are ahead of the competition. When Joshua isn't deep in strategic thought, he is making monsters or is creating art on live canvases. As a professionally trained makeup artist, Joshua has worked on numerous fashion shows, music videos, photoshoots and community events.

Julia Aul

Julia Aul supports our Organic Search team with on-site and Google My Business optimization for our clients. She understands the importance of humanizing your brand and making sure that it comes across on your digital platforms. Her passion for digital marketing was discovered when she joined our team as an intern during her high school cooperative education. She quickly became a valuable member of our team where she became dedicated to learning more about the constantly evolving industry of digital marketing. It drove her to expand her knowledge and enroll at Western University where she is currently studying management and organizational studies with a specialization in consumer behavior. Her education, partnered with her role at Ontario SEO, allows her to stay up to date with current digital marketing trends and strategies. During her free time, Julia enjoys cheering on her favourite sports teams (Chicago Blackhawks and Baltimore Ravens), planning her next trip, or catching up on her Netflix watch list.

Kim Atkinson - Founder

As Co-Founder and Director at Ontario SEO, Kim oversees communications and the digital success of our clients - providing ongoing support to both the team and clients. With a background in Psychology and Anthropology from Western University, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in business, communications and marketing to the Ontario SEO team and is a leader in client interactions and project management. Kim is passionate about the community, supporting local businesses and sharing her knowledge of the ever-changing digital marketing industry whenever possible. She is actively involved in a number of local community groups and organizations and is an avid networker, community speaker, mentor and volunteer. In addition to her extensive community involvement, Kim is passionate about supporting and promoting London's flourishing tech community.

Mardel Davis

Mardel has more than 10 years of experience working at creative, digital marketing and web design agencies. She has honed her skills as Account Manager, Project Manager and Business Development Lead. At Ontario SEO, Mardel is getting back to her roots (and her passion) of being the liaison between the client and internal team as Account Manager. She has a knack for being the voice of the client during internal meetings when the client can't be there. Mardel has a BA in Media, Information and Technoculture with a minor in Psychology. After graduating and working in the financial industry, she rounded out her education with a Graduate diploma in Corporate Communications and Public Relations (CC & PR). As a child, Mardel was a chatterbox. Her parents would suggest they play the "quiet game" where they would see who could stay quiet the longest. Mardel always had one more thing to say before the game could start, and once it started, she was the first to speak every time. When asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, her answer was consistently, "I want a job where I get to talk with people all day!" It was while enrolled in the CC & PR program that she learned there was a dream job for her: Account Manager. Relationship building has always been Mardel's forte. She prides herself on being able to listen and learn to understand the client's needs. Sometimes it takes a bit of digging and asking "why?" and "what is the goal we are trying to achieve?" Her ability to communicate has always been her secret sauce. At Ontario SEO she is tasked with translating the nitty gritty technical jargon in a way that clients can easily understand. Mardel thrives when she is working in her element, surrounded by a team of passionate, talented colleagues. When she isn't at the office, you'll find Mardel and family at the playground or frequenting a local market.

Pat Monette

His passion for making websites stems from his desire to create captivating aesthetics every time a visitor lands on one of his sites. His commitment to web design lets him flex his creative muscles and create those UI and UX elements that make a website so powerful. As a graduate of the Interactive Media Design and Production program at Fanshawe, he's no stranger to impressing fans with his work. Pat got his start in design when he created posters, shirts and album art for his band Hartford. After wowing his fans with his guitar and melodies on a cross-Canada and US tour, Patrick moved to London to pursue interactive design. When he's not building websites or playing guitar, you can find Pat devouring Tolkien and anxiously awaiting the next instalment of Star Wars.
