He is a Vietnam veteran who advanced through the ranks and ultimately worked as a Legislative Liaison for Medical and Aviation programs with the Assistant Secretary of the Army, where he interacted with Congress. After 25 years of service, Jim became a Senior Principal at a Washington, D.C.-based Congressional Relations and Government Affairs firm. He is a 100% disabled veteran due to his exposure to Agent Orange during his time in Vietnam...
