Edward Sheeran formed Palmer Economic Development, Inc. in 2006. Mr. Sheeran spent over 25 years as Vice President at one of the nation's largest banking institutions. He spent nearly ten years heading up economic development and as the Mayor's economic advisers in one of New York's largest cities.
