Andrew Buchanan

Bill served as Partner and semiconductor expert at Boston Consulting Group for the past 3 years. Prior to BCG, Bill spent 8 years at Qualcomm as SVP of Engineering and most recently as Technology Leader of IP Strategy. As SVP of Engineering, Bill provided strategic direction on the R&D of advanced wireless connectivity technologies and products. He was responsible for product development and delivery for Qualcomm's mobile, infrastructure, automotive and IoT business units. Prior to Qualcomm, Bill was VP of Engineering at Atheros Communications, developing multiple industry-leading hardware and software platforms. He also spent 15 years as SVP of Engineering and Operations at a start-up where he led a team focused on high performance communications products for consumer electronics and service provider markets resulting in a successful IPO. Dennis Lewandowski

Dennis was most recently co-owner and head of commercial and supply chain for AP Nonweiler, a portfolio company of Renovo Capital. In 30+ years at APN, Dennis helped grow APN revenue over 15x. Dennis remains a Board Member of APN under Renovo's ownership while also consulting with the sales and procurement teams. Prior to APN, Dennis spent 15 years in sales leadership roles for raw material and ingredient manufacturers including for Sacco/Midstates, The Cary Company, and Armstrong Container. Dennis has partnered with Renovo to identify specialty coatings and adhesives acquisition targets while also supporting diligence and commercial strategy.

Frank Guidone

Frank brings over 30 years of operating and executive leadership to Renovo as an Industry Partner focused on the Sensor and Industrial IOT sectors. Most recently, Frank served as President/CEO and Director of Measurement Specialties, Inc (NASDAQ: MEAS), a designer/manufacturer of embedded sensors and sensor-based systems. At MEAS, Frank orchestrated a successful out-of-court restructuring earning TMAs turnaround-of-the-year in 2004. He subsequently remained at the helm of MEAS and led a decade long expansion program, growing revenue from $40 million to $600 million over 10 years. Frank completed 24 acquisitions and deployed $450 million of capital within the embedded sensor sector, compounding earnings over 20% annually during that period. Frank exited in October 2014 following the successful sale to TE Connectivity (NYSE: TEL) at $86 per share, creating approximately $1.7 billion of incremental equity value under his leadership. Prior to MEAS, Frank was a Founding Partner and Managing Director of CRP, a Dallas-based turnaround/restructuring firm, along with Four Corners Capital, a boutique investment/advisory firm, and spent 13 years in management consulting with Andersen Consulting and George Group, Inc. Frank received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Frank currently serves on the board of Otodata Wireless, Rochester Sensors and Summit Casing Equipment.

Prior to joining LKCM Headwater, Jonathon was in portfolio operations at Renovo Capital, a Portfolio Manager for NFJ Investment Group in Dallas, and a Senior Design Engineer at both Texas Instruments and Emerging Memory Technology. Jonathon graduated Highest Honors with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a Master of Business Administration with Honors from Columbia Business School in New York. Jonathon is a member of the firm's Investment Committee.

Kevin Smith brings over 25 years of experience in roles as operating partner, interim executive management, management consulting, and operations management. Experience includes a broad range of industries and improvement areas, including strategic planning, marketing and sales, product development, operations, and foundational infrastructure, having worked with over 50 companies, ranging in size from $10M to $8B in revenue. Common focus across positions has been developing an integrated, cross-functional platform for growth and accelerated business performance, under lean resource availability. Kevin is currently Chairman and Operating Partner on Global HR Research and was previously an Operating Partner for Formation Brands. Prior to these roles, Kevin was a founding partner of CRG Partners Group and previously with management consulting firm George Group (now Accenture). Leslie Pontello

Most recently, Leslie served as the Chief Operating Officer at bswift, a leading benefits administration outsourcing provider. Prior to bswift, Leslie held senior leadership roles at Conduent (formerly Xerox HR Services) as COO for the HR and Benefits Outsourcing business, and Hewitt Associates (now Alight) where she led global practice leadership for all benefits and payroll outsourcing divisions. While at bswift, Leslie was instrumental in driving growth from $40 million to $200 million over 7 years and transitioning the company from a provider of technology solutions for small to mid-market businesses to a leader in the benefits administration outsourcing business serving the largest employers in the country. Leslie graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Economics and Political Science and completed graduate work at George Washington University and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Scott is a Senior Advisor to Renovo and serves on the board of States Industries.
